The installation was timely and the crew was professional and organized. We only have good things to say about their work ethic. The windows were installed in a day and the door was installed the next day. The quality assurance/project manager also dropped by on the first day of the project to make sure progress was smooth. We do agree the experience was very positive.

Sales process pointed out options to replace dual windows with sliders which was the deciding factor along with the quality of the windows. The communication throughout the process was spot on. The actual installation was done in a minimal amount of time while doing a top quality job. The tradesmen were very courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with the windows and the process so we are having additional windows replaced.

All of the people from Elite Roofing Chicago were very professional from the original estimator to the final estimator to the people that did the actual work and finally to the quality assurance manager. The job was performed in a timely manner. The installation crew did a good job of cleaning up after the job was completed,
