They did an amazing job on our roof. We had it done 14 years ago by a different company and the service this time was 10X better. We like having documents to keep for future reference and they gave us everything we needed. The last time we got our roof done we did not get warranty paperwork; we were just verbally told of the warranty. Exceptional has a really nice warranty sheet that details exactly what you're getting and it gives my family peace of mind to have it. Work was great, would use again.

Our experience was great, they were patient with us as we had a lot of questions. It was the first time we got our roof done and it was a huge deal for us. We pride ourselves on our home and do not have the money for major renovations much less a repair from a bad roof install. My husband asked them tons of technical questions and Steve had all the answers. My husband installed roofs in the past but is retired now. They did a great job and the city signed off on all the work. Our insurance company said they were pleasant to work with on the back end.

They replaced our roof, siding, and gutters. This was a big project for us. Our roof was approved by our insurance company and we paid for the gutters and siding out of pocket. The crews they sent were great and they always had someone that spoke English we could talk to during installation. Our salesman showed up to each installation several times throughout the day. He did not leave us after signing the contract as we had experienced in the past with other projects. I decided to write this review because I received a birthday card from him several months after they completed the project.

I had the chance to have the opportunity too work with Mike! He honestly, was phenomenal step-by-step, took care of me from walking up, knocking out my door to the finish product of the roof of my home. Mike went up and beyond to make my satisfaction A1 any questions I had he was there to answer right away I didn’t even have to call. He was always on job site. Checking in with me making sure it was right making sure I was happy. If I ever have any problem Around my house outside inside Whatever I’m definitely calling Mike to see if he can handle it first because he took so good care. Every project hits a snag, But the way they handled it was next-level. Tylerjumped on the issue and sorted it out. The start date was delayed because we chose a unique color of shingles and were dead set on it. We told them in the beginning we would not be comfortable with a color change and knew it would be difficult to get. He told us it would be 6-8 weeks for the Atlantic Blue shingles we wanted to arrive, and after 6 weeks Tyler informed us that the supplier extended the timeframe for another 4 weeks. He told us he would get to work finding another solution. A few days later he called telling us he found those shingles in a different state and would have them delivered to us. We were impressed by his initiative to get the product we wanted. He never suggested changing colors and we could tell his genuineness to help. Major kudos to Tyler for not giving up!

Steve was exceptional to work with, the level of customer service and the quality of the work for our roof and siding was above and beyond our expectations. Was a little weary at first, don't usually accept people who knock on my door. These guys greatly exceeded my expectations. Steve was timely, very communicative, and showed up to each appointment with a great attitude.
