Terrible service, my husband brought a door from them. Request someone to come out and installed lock. Was told someone would call him back to sat up an appointment. Never received a call. My husband called again, someone answer. Took information and was told he would receive a call back. No one never return call or came out for service.

Bought a security door here. Cheryl was great. Everything went smoothly. The service was so impressive. We went back and bought another security door and an entrance door. I have absolutely no complaints.

I just called them to ask a question about repairing my chain link fence and also attaching a wooden privacy fence to to the chain link fence - I've seen this done before, as a matter of fact, my neighbors have done this as well as a couple of co workers. The person answering the phone was very rude and said we can fix the fence, but we don't attach wooden fences..and then she hung up on me. I guess they didn't want my business.

Would not recommend this company they don't follow up with paper work or repairs .Have contacted Ron on many occasions but no response back. After over a yearHaven't heard from him or has he forward any paperwork with warranties on his products. So disappointed ..That we chose this companyService: Vinyl fence installation

Do not call them for service I brought a door for them and then call them for service I call 3 times and I sent them photos and they still haven't returned my call. That's how they treat long time customers I give them a 0
