We had some fascia fall off of our house and I found green world construction on nextdoor! Wayne and his son came out, were very friendly and honest and gave us a fair estimate. Within a week the job was completed at the price they quoted us. They also checked and nailed down some fascia on the other side of the house that was loose. Job well done! Will use them again!

I had several estimates and ultimately went with Green World after a neighbor recommended this company. Wayne was extremely patient in answering all of my questions when I was comparing the different estimates. He spent the time to explain the different shingles and the process of the roof replacement. We were, also, replacing some vinyl siding along with the roof. All the materials were delivered on Friday and work was scheduled to begin on Sunday. I had second thoughts about the color of the siding at 7pm on the day of delivery and texted Wayne asking if it was too late to change the color. He called me back immediately and said he would swing by the morning to lay the siding against the wall so that I can decide if it would work or not. Wayne was extremely patient with the whole process. On the day of the job, his crew showed up exactly on the hour they said they would. They worked efficiently the entire time they were here. I saw his crew put up the siding and it was done with great care and precision. Wayne regularly went up on the roof throughout the day and gave me updated pictures during the whole process. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up the entire area after they were done. A great crew and a great leader. I strongly recommend Green World.Service: Roof installation

Wayne gave me a very reasonable price for tuckpointing my whole garage inside and out, as it was in really bad shape and needed extensive brick replacements and repairs. He knew I was on a time crunch too since we were about to be heading out of town for 2 weeks and so close to the end of the tuckpointing season. Wayne hooked me up big time! He showed up not only on time, but a day early to get started, he got right to work with great quality of work and attention to detail, he communicated very well explaining the plan and his progress every step, and he stayed right within the target time frame inspite of a few rainy days in the middle. The end result was impeccable and exceeded all expectations! Before he started working on my garage, I wasn't sure if it would make it through another Chicago winter, now it's sturdy like a castle. I will definitely be working with Wayne again next Spring to tackle the rest of my building. Thank You for great quality work Wayne!!!

I can't say enough great things about Green World! My garage had missing shingles, leaky roof, and a leaky window that caused moldy rotted wood inside. They were able to get me a quote on the same day they checked it out, and started work a week later. Amazing. They started work right on time on the agreed upon day, and when they found more issues after removing some of the siding and shingles, they were communicative about my options, sending pictures, videos, and thorough descriptions of what needed to be done and why. After agreeing to remediate the issues they found, the unexpected repairs were done at a totally reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with my new-feeling garage! We had a roof leak and called Green World. Wayne the owner was very responsive throughout the process. We called and they stopped by the next day. Provided us with quotes the day after. Fair pricing. Explained in detail and plain language what the cause was and the solution. They provided us with before and after pics with notes specifying the repairs they made. When calling companies to get quotes for a roofing repair job we needed to have completed, Wayne from Green World was the first to respond to me—almost immediately after receiving my quote request! I was impressed with his responsiveness as well as how easy he was to work with.His original quote was quite a bit higher than the others that came in, but he was willing to work with us on the pricing. Ultimately, we ended up using a contractor who was recommended by a friend and who was less expensive. However, I wanted to review them here because of how impressed I was with our interactions during the process of getting quotes.We recently had a significant home renovation, so I’ve worked with quite a few contractors this year. I have been less than impressed with most of them because of their lack of communication. But, this was not at all the case with Wayne are Green World. As I said before, he came out quickly to check out what we needed done and stayed in close contact with me throughout the process.Although we didn’t use their services this time, I would definitely consider them for future needs based on their prompt communication alone!

Wanye and his team were very, very professional. He came out to give us a quote on brick replacement and tuckpointing for our chimney. His quote was very reasonable and once we agreed to begin work, he had his team at our house within three days working. The crew completed the work within the same day, going further down on the chimney than we agreed because he said he takes pride in giving his clients 110% job satisfaction.
