I waited months before posting this review too make sure the gutters they replaced on my garage did not fall down. We have had extremely windy days and I am happy to say everything is still in place. They also were able to match and replace pieces of my soffits on the home and missing roof shingles and a cap on our chimney. They repaired everything and didn't high pressure me into buying all new gutters for the garage. The also expertly matched and replaced roof shingles that were missing, and a cap on our chimney to keep animals out. They are an honest company and did great work. They priced out each work project separately to allow us to choose which ones we wanted to get done. And we decided to get everything done since the price was reasonable. They completed all work in 4 hours and cleaned up perfectly. I highly recommend them.

They then came back to do an estimate for other gutter maintenance needed which was also performed quickly and professionally. Reasonable prices and very easy to work with!

Guaranteed Gutters lives up to their name with a commitment to customer service in everything they do. They're quick to answer calls, show up when scheduled, provide photo documentation and are easy to communicate with on-site regarding the job. Their free roof inspection is an added value. There's no hard sell with their inspection report, but if you decide to use their repair services, they're reasonably priced and photo documented. We got brand new gutters, fascia, and soffits. Love them! The crew was super fast, on time, and efficient. David, the manager was so fun to work with. Great personality, informative, and really tried to bring down the cost for us the best he could. There was one downspout that didn't get finished, and when I told him, he came out himself and fixed it immediately! I initially went with Gutter Pros for the lifetime warranty... but now would recommend them for their service as well. Very happy and the house looks beautiful!

The crew from Guaranteed Gutters did a through inspection of my roof and gave me a detailed report of repairs they suggested. Communication was good throughout and the work was completed in a timely manner. Every time it rains or snows I feel relieved that I don't need to worry about leaks. Because of them I was able to stretch the life of my flat roof. I will be having them come out as part of my annual maintenance going forward.

I have used Guaranteed Gutters twice now to do a seasonal cleaning of our gutters. Scheduling is easy and they were able to come sooner than they originally estimated. I did not have to be home when they came and paying was quick and easy online. Their prices are comparable to other places that I looked into and the service was exceptional. They also follow up with recommendations for any additional repairs they think might be necessary. We chose to have some tiles sealed on our roof based on their recommendation, and they came back at a later date to do the repairs. We will continue to use them for regular cleanings and for other services as needed.

I reached out to the company to have our gutters cleaned and to get an estimate for a repair on one of our gutters that was broken. They answered the phone when I called to make the appointment, scheduled us for an appointment for Gutters, did a great job on our gutters, and communicated the whole time with us through the process. Even though they were busy, they fit us in and did a great job. They gave us a great write up with pictures for the estimate for our work– we are definitely going to go with them for the repairs, and they will be our gutter people from now on.

We just needed our gutters cleaned before winter set in and Guaranteed Gutters really came through quickly. The whole process was super easy and convenient. They did a good job and didnt leave behind any mess. I had my gutters cleaned, included with the gutter cleaning was a roof inspection.The roof inspection revealed that some repairs to the roof were needed. Tim explained the reasons for the repairs and described why a certain style of gutter guards was recommended for my house.The price for the roof repairs was very reasonable.I also requested a quote for gutter guards which seemed to be comparable to other markets.I will have Guaranteed Gutters complete the roof repairs and gutter guard installation in the near future.

I really appreciated that they offered a gutter cleaning with a detailed inspection before giving an estimate, the other places just sent pictures and said replace the whole thing, but it turned out my gutters were older and better quality than you can buy new so they will actually last longer than new installed gutters.And no seepage in my basment since the repair
