Horizon restoration was amazing when doing a claim with my insurance. Had the pleasure of Meeting Joe who dealt with the insurance, meeting with the adjuster more than once on site and made sure they did a correct and thorough job when going over the claim. This ensured the insurance company covered a full repair on the house and detached garage roof.The crew that came in to take care of the roof once it was approved, were also fantastic, they completed all the work in one day and did a great job with the cleanup afterwards.Both Joe and the crew were professional and extremely talented. Paul and his team is THE BEST in the business. From the time I called them until the job was completed, these guys took care of it all and delivered on their promise. I cannot speak highly enough about Horizon Restoration. AJ and the team go above and beyond in every way.I gave them a call after a few of our shingles had blown off our roof after a storm. AJ came out and did an inspection and thought he could get our insurance to help cover the cost of a new roof. He called our insurance company for us and got them to cover all of the cost of the roof minus our deductible and one upgrade we chose to make on the patio cover. Their communication and dedication to getting the job done right really shines.They're also a incredibly honest company. Our insurance company overpaid them a significant amount and they were honest and called them to reissue a check for the correct amount. I don't know too many companies that would willingly give up almost $10k in overpayment.Thank you so much AJ! I appreciate all the hard work!

Dan from Horizon Restoration came out to do a roof inspection to locate the source of an interior water leak. I was impressed by his professional approach as he conducted his investigation in a thorough manner. He ran a drone over the roof and located the source of the leak and fixed it, and he did so quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable about all things roof and dealings with insurance and a great communicator as well. So, after storm damage, they were supposed to come out give us an estimate repair the holes bill the insurance company so they decide after we chose not to use them for the hour and 40 minutes the gentleman spent putting nails into our roof to cover the holes they tried to bill our insurance company over $4000 so if this is in your ballpark, I would guesstimate how much a roof would cost but there are many other quality union companies out there. This one is not a union company. ….

I can't speak highly enough of the overall experience I had with Horizon Restoration, especially with my go-to person Dan Sharp. They were able to get the entire roof and siding replaced on my coach house through a storm damage claim with my insurance company. They were there every step of the way. Dan would stop by frequently to see how everything was going. I was so pleased with the work they did that I hired them to install some new windows, replace the siding and install new gutters on my main building, all of which I happily paid out-of-pocket after receiving a very reasonable quote from them. A neighbor had referred me to Horizon. I was skeptical at first but was totally impressed. Art Aceves and one of his staff Ruby totally get a gold star🌟 from me. If it wasn't for them working very hard with the insurance company. I have Farmers insurance, very good company. The problem I had it took 2 mos. to get the claim finalized. Horizon fixed my roof, siding, gutters, awnings & garage door. Art's communication on the projects were very excellent. He was always on top of things with your claim and the jobs. The crews were very professional & they cleaned up everything.
