Ken and his team were extremely professional and patient when it came to putting a new roof onto my home. My family and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! They were incredibly efficient and left ZERO mess after two days. Watching the work being completed periodically with the team's drone was an added bonus as we got to see the progress and the level of care that was put into the project. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Innovative Storm Restoration in the future for anyone's roofing needs and will definitely consider using them for any other home projects that they can help us with.

Replacing a roof is such a huge project to take on for a homeowner and Ken helped make the process smooth. He was patient and understanding. I am beyond grateful for Innovative and Ken! This winter was pretty rough and the ice ripped down our gutter. We searched nonstop for a company that could assist. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck. Many didn't want to work with the insurance company. I was at my wit's end until a friend referred Ken with Innovative. Ken was a Godsend - words cannot explain. He used his high level of professionalism and expertise to resolve a problem. He also worked directly with the insurance company. Most importantly, he spotted a major error that the insurance company had failed to spot on their end. As a result, the claim was adjusted to a higher payout. As of today, the gutter looks amazing! Ken was AWESOME in getting everything to go through, he fought for me and got me a new roof ( which looks amazing and properly done ) and siding fixed. His response time to everything was on point and every step of the process was smooth due to his professionalism, transparency and consistency throughout it. The labor part went extremely well and the work was done both properly and thoroughly. Not only would I highly recommend him but so would many of my co workers and family members who also got new roofs as well. If you need your roof done look no further. We had Innovative Storm Restoration come look at our roof because we notice a few leaks in our kitchen and living room.Victor and Ken took care of all of our questions and concerns. They told us step by step what was going to happen.Victor took some time and thoroughly looked at the roof and notice some things our last roofer didn’t see.The job was completed on time. Victor and Ken even called us back a few weeks after to make sure we satisfied and that there were no more leakage.We will definitely work with them again.

Puts the rest to shame! It was really flawless working with Ken beginning to end on a chimney repair. The follow up was amazing, and he really took time to walk us through his process. Pulled up with the drone and had pictures of the roof before I had time to run out! If you're looking, this is it 10/10.

Had a leak coming from the roof into my bedroom. Ken came out and took care of everything. Found out there had been hail damage to the roof and gutters. The day he came out to inspect he already had guys come to put a tarp up until they could get it replaced. Very prompt, excellent service and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
