We are so proud of our new roof. It is so cool looking, it adds a great deal to the curb-appeal of our house. I also appreciate the security of knowing I'll never have to replace it or worry about it in even the strongest winds. I used to lose shingles in strong windstorms. Interlock was easy to work with. The workers were very respectful of my property and were meticulous about clean up after.

When we started looking to replace our roof this past summer, we were interested in a metal shingle product. We wanted a roof that would significantly improve the look of our home, as well as something that would last for a very long time.We met and evaluated several different contractors. "Upgrade" does not do justice for what this new roof has done for our house. The quality and appearance is remarkable! Every person we interacted with at Interlock was a pleasure. From John, our sales consultant, to Jennifer in the office, and of course Jesse and his team of expert installers we could not have had a more pleasant roof replacement experience. The entire process was professional, well coordinated, extremely clean, and unobtrusive. Not what you'd expect from a construction project encompassing the entire house. They even replaced our skylights and when they were done we realized how horrible the old ones were! The fact that they finished ahead of schedule didn't hurt either. When it came time to replace our original roof (clay tiles roof installed in 1930), we reached out to Interlock based on recommendations from a few of our friends. We were a bit apprehensive to go from a clay roof to the Interlock metal roofing platform. The sales process was very informative without the typical high pressure sales tactics. John was quite patient with us and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the project. Once we made the decision to move forward, the contracting and scheduling process was seamless and carried out without delay. The installation team, lead by Jesse, was amazing and they finished the installation in a timely manner. The team had a nice eye to detail and provided feedback along the way. BUYER BEWARE!!!I bought my home with an interlock roof on it. In October 2022 i had storm damage to multiple parts of my roof. The same day i reached out to interlock to schedule a time to have somebody come out and access the damage. I spoke with May and was told somebody named Alan would call me and schedule a time to get me an estimate to have my roof repaired. Alan never called me so sometime after i reached out to follow up. I was told that they were really busy and short handed so i would need to wait until January to have somebody out. Reluctantly i accepted because i had little choice, i wasn't interesting in replacing my entire roof because this shingle is specific to this company. The damage to my roof includes a basket ball sized hole in the roof decking and a damaged sky light. I managed to keep my home dry while waiting for January as requested. January comes i reach out to get scheduled, again im told Alan supposed to get in touch with me and i never get a call. I started calling May every week to follow up because i didn't want to be forgotten about. Now it is going into late February over 5 months since i initially reached out and I still haven't not received a call from Alan. If the company didn't want to do the job, they should have said that in october when i reached out. I think they never had any intention of coming to repair my roof and just fed me lies. I would think twice before you deciding to purchase one of these expensive Interlock Roofing systems because they clearly have no interest in servicing roofs they have already installed and they'll string you along for months instead of just being up front about it.

I replaced a steel roof with the Interlock roof. This has solved a lot of problems the original roof had. I have only had the roof in place for a few weeks but experienced high wind, heavy rain and snow in that time. The roof has outperformed any roof I have had.
