I worked with Irpino Construction a few months ago to upgrade my guest bathroom tub/shower tile and fixtures. I spoke with a few contractors and felt most confident with Dominic and the Irpino team, plus I like that they are local. The communication throughout the process and workmanship were fantastic. It was such a good experience I’m working with them again to renovate my primary bathroom. Can’t wait to see how this turns out!

Great experience working with Dominic and the Irpino Team. Upon the initial site survey, Dominic provided a thorough review of our options based on what we were hoping to achieve with our kitchen renovation (backsplash, new counters, new cabinet hardware, new appliances). He gave us a detailed quote, referred us to suppliers, and explained the whole process from start to finish. The team was very flexible with us while we finalized sourcing materials and figuring out timing for install. The team did an excellent job and we are very happy with the final result! Will look to work with Irpino again for any future renovations.

I hired IRPINO for a three month high-end bathroom renovation in Lakeview. Their reviews are excellent, and after meeting the owner, Dominic, I understand why. Dominic is detail oriented, thoughtful, and considerate. Many contractors were giving me blanket quotes via email, but Dominic visited the site and discussed each detail. Each day upon arrival, his crew put down drop cloths to protect the floors, and checked in with me. Besides coming in on-budget, the bathroom looks exactly like it did in my head, which is most important. I have used IRPINO for a few smaller projects since then, and they are now my go-to contractors.

Let me start by saying my wife and I are newer homeowners and this was our first venture into contracted home improvement and renovations. Irpino construction did not disappoint.Dominic, Jaime and team did an amazing job on three separate projects for us over the last six months. Our largest project, a full gut renovation of our master bathroom due to extensive water damage, turned out phenomenal and was finished within timelines laid out ahead a time. We are very happy with the quality of work and the level of communication during the process. Most importantly, Dominic came through at the end of each phase to ensure we were satisfied. He worked very well with me and my architect in making sure we were ahead of schedule for grand opening day! Dominic and his team are superbly professional and thorough in their work. Dominic is easy to get in touch with whenever needed. Jamie and his team are excellent craftsman. Even though construction work is dirty, outside of the area we were having work done was kept clean and tidy. We've used Irpino Construction now for our laundry room remodel and our bathroom remodel. If you're needing work done at your house, use Irpino Contruction.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Dominic both in the Real Estate arm of their company, and just recently the Construction group on a bathroom remodel. I can not speak highly enough about either experience.As first time home buyers, Dominic made the process much less intimidating and much more enjoyable than we had anticipated. He was very knowledgeable about the market, negotiating, and the process. Before we even started looking at condo's, Dominic took the time to get to know us in a very earnest and sincere way. This came through as he made recommendations on which properties we would be happy with and which we would be better to avoid. We have been in our condo for just over a year and couldn't be happier.Just recently, we finished a complete gut rehab of our bathroom. We used Irpino Irpino Construction for two projects: 1) to renovate our basement after a flood. We had them repair the drywall, remove carpeting and install porcelain tile throughout. 2) to remodel our master bathroom, destroying everything but the toilet and installing a new shower, jacuzzi tub, vanities, heated floors, medicine cabinets, etcDominic, Jaime and their team were fantastic. The team pays attention to detail - they brought challenges to our attention, offered solutions, and provided design ideas to elevate our bathroom and basement based on what they've seen in other projects in other homes. They connected us to high quality granite, tile, and glass shower door partners. Not only did they do fantastic work at a reasonable price, they were highly responsive to calls, texts, etc. The crew showed up on time every day. They worked efficiently and even did a great job cleaning up afterwards.I can't recommend Dominic and Jaime and their team highly enough. Great to work with, great quality, and affordable - what more could you want?

We challenged them with heavy materials that had to carried up three flights, varied depth tiles (some 36X36), a unique design, and our own exacting standards. They delivered! In the past few years, Dominic did extensive, and amazing, renovation work on our Lakeview house. Anyway, last year, we purchased a second home, a condo in a high-rise by the lake. (In fact, Dominic, who is also a Realtor, handled that purchase for us!) When we were shopping for the condo, my wife and I, and Dominic, of course, noticed things that could stand improvement. Post-sale, we decided to proceed and address these items. And that's a point that needs to be made here: Dominic brings a strong sense of reality and balance to such discussions. He NEVER tries to talk you into things, he never tries to get you to do more than needs to be done, and he is always looking after your pocketbook like it's his money you're prepared to spend on renovations. So, after Dominic convinced us it wasn't necessary -- at least not yet! -- to do some of the work, we had him update the condo and bring it into the 21st century. We re-did a bunch of closets, we removed and replaced lights, and we did some renovations to both bathrooms. On tap for this year is the more serious renovation of the kitchen.As I tell everyone, I don't even bother consider using any other contractor. Why would you? Dominic is honest, he cares - both about you and your property - and he is trustworthy. He listens so, so well. He won't rush you. He can be counted on for great ideas, things you would have never thought of. He knows the people you need to get the job done beautifully, and not just his own guys, but the vendors who supply the materials and the specialty subs who do the work. The quality of the work that he will deliver to you is beyond question. His crews are skilled, polite, careful, and quick. He is responsive, to the point where if he can't get to your email during daylight hours, you can expect an answer at 2:30 am. And, his pricing is fair and transparent. I have known Dominic for seven years, and I have never -- ever -- heard anyone say a negative word about him, or his work. His reputation is impeccable, and it is well earned.

I hired Irpino to install new flooring in my basement and bathroom. Every step of the process was seamless. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard and kept the worksite clean. I live in an old house and the basement floor was not level due to tree growth underground and they did an outstanding job leveling the floor and putting down tile - hard to believe there was once a giant hump in the middle of the floor. Vinicio and his team took great care in their work and the final result shows that. I plan to hire them in the future for additional projects.

I had them build a wall for a bedroom, repaint my whole place, repaint the cabinets and install a kitchen island. My house is honestly a fully new place after they left. The work: My wife and I recently bought a place that needed significant renovations. I reached out to Irpino Construction who I had used in the past on smaller projects to do this larger project. The project took them one and a half months and included installing new hardwood, painting, re-doing a basement bedroom (including walls), changing windows / doors, electric work, fixing basement leaks, installing new lighting systems, redid a bedroom on the second floor (moved the wall and the door), covered an opening that connected the first and second floor and the list goes on and on. The project manager was Vinicio.The review: my wife and I do not have a lot of spare time to take care of details or decide on designs. We were lucky enough to have Vinicio as the project manager. That guy is a machine. He works hard and smart and produces high quality work. He is detailed oriented and is strategic in his approach. He is not task oriented - rather he is proactive. For example, I told him what I wanted in the basement bedroom. I only knew that I wanted the ceiling to be higher. I turns out that as part of the process he identified several problems with that bedroom (including leaks) which he immediately addressed with me and proposed solutions. He is autonomous and does not require baby-sitting. We always asked for his input and he provided valuable insight. One thing that we really valued was communication: we communicated in person but a lot of times it was through text messages. He would reply in a matter of seconds. Vinicio's crew was also outstanding and have the same qualities as Vinicio. Finally, Vinicio and his crew are clean and organized. Every day before leaving they spent time cleaning after them.Conclusion: in my experience, renovations are generally stressful and frustrating. Irpino Construction made it as easy as it gets for us. There is not one single thing I would complain about or that they would need to improve on. It was really a pleasure working with them and if we ever do anything else, we will certainly reach out to them again. Overall, my wife and I are thankful to them for the quality of the work, patience with us and the proactivity that they showed throughout the process. From a pricing perspective, I did not reach out to other construction companies to compare because the fee quote that they provided was very reasonable.
