Poor quality, poor/no responsiveness, poor service provided. After one year, still I have leaking…I have called a number of times regarding the leaks. At first they came out and claimed they couldn’t find a problem… Eventually they became non-responsive. I had another roofing company to come out Rainbow roofing and they found that the drains were not properly sealed causing continuous leaking throughout my home. They also found that the skylight that was installed was installed properly and overtime would result in leaking, they also found that a metal seal was not re-placed on the edge of one of my flat roofs causing water to come into the seal. I tried several times over the year contacting Mike/ The Company regarding imperfections, regarding continuous leaking regarding my home just being in disastrous state, without a response. Thinking my roof was completed, I completely did my kitchen later to fine extensive leaking resulting in water damage to my ceiling in my kitchen…a new $20,000 kitchen. John is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I paid him to replace my copings after a windstorm. The coping lasted 9 months before the wind blew it off again. When I called John about it, he wanted to share that my neighbors coping was damaged as well and that I should probably discuss options with my insurance company. When I told him I didn't care about my neighbors copings, he told me he didn't like how I talked to him or my attitude. He had one of his guys remove the damaged coping and stated the replacement would happen in the next 2 days. I haven't heard from him.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

We had a terrible experience with this company. They offered us a 15 year warranty with labor and parts included. Right after the job he called me at least 4 times asking to give him a good review on home advisor. I did not bc I wanted to see if his work would hold up. It was a nightmare job, the masonry work they did crumbled off the building within a year leaving holes in the building exterior. Leaks came back in a year and a half and actually spread to other parts of our 3 unit building. Bc he has been unresponsive and has not met with us to come up with a resolution, we have had to take this case up legally. Had an inspector review the work and said they had caulked the lintels which trapped moisture in the building. Not only was his work pointless, it also created more damage to our building. Needless to say I encourage you NOT to hire him. It has been an awful experienceService: Roof repair

It pains me to leave this review but it’s important. I hired this company well over a year ago to do some masonry work by our porch. At the time, they were responsive and the job was done quickly.A week ago I contacted them regarding a separate issue and they indicated they could come take a look for estimate purposes. They never called back with their availability as they promised so I called again. And again. When I finally reached them, they arranged a time with me for 4:30 yesterday. They never showed for that appointment and never contacted me to explain why or reschedule. I have “read” receipts on the texts I sent them with our address and asking for an update since no one had arrived.Now I‘Be lost a week of time trying to hire someone to fix a time sensitive problem. Not pleased with this unprofessional service. Guess they just didn’t want the work. Beware.

Its hard to find an honest person you feel comfortable with working on your home, but we did. Excellent quality work and done exactly as per the proposal within the time frame promised. The work was done by experienced professionals and it shows. We have received multiple compliments from our neighbors. We would not hesitate to hire John's again.

Great company. 👍 Employees are all very nice and do a superb job. Noah is the man to ask if you have any questions about roofing, and he directs his crew like a fine tuned violin. Fair estimates and if there are any problems they come out to fix them in a reasonable amount of time.

Used to be a great company when we used them the first time and second time. However now they say they are coming out to access a problem with previous work and they never show up. This has happened several times over the last 5 months. They are now very unprofessional do not obviously cover their warenty. Do not use them or you will be so sorry that you did. Obviously the poor customer relations will kill this once good company, maybe someone new took over.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

John's helped with my patio pavers that buckled from tree roots on my front and back patios. They dug out the huge tree root and then repacked and leveled the pavers again. They power washed both patios. The price was good and I am able to entertain this summer. Great job!

Great communication throughout the process and a can-do mentality instead of huffing and puffing. Available and expedient with skilled craftsmen-artisians. With masonry, things need to stand the test of time and we will reevaluate the quality of the work in 2022.
