Keenahm Construction remodeled my upstairs bathroom and I absolutely LOVE IT! Mr. Span took the time to listen to how I wanted my bathroom to look and to guide me through what would look good, and gave me options for cost effectiveness as well, because I have never been through a renovation and didn't necessarily know what I wanted. He returned my phone calls in a timely manner and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in his craft. Derrick, did a plumbing job in my master bedroom bathroom and not only was the job done very professionally, he explained every detail of what he was doing, how long it would take and how much the job would be. I will be using their services again, in the very near future.

Our initial experience with Derrick was VERY positive. When coming to assess our project, he was kind and professional. His following quote was also much more detailed than any other contractors we had contacted, which is exactly why we hired him for the job.Our project did change to a degree as we quickly realized certain elements of what we wanted would not be able to happen prior to our deadline, and Derrick remained flexible.Once the actual work began, we felt there was little communication of expectations day-to-day. I chose to open up the unit and stay while any work was happening mostly so I could address any materials needed or issues that came up immediately. While there were no true delays according to the contracted end-date, there were several days where Derrick didn't communicate until the end of the prior day that he wouldn't be there the next day due to prior obligations.While we have no problem with him needing to take days away from our project, we wish he would have communicated those expectations upfront so we could have planned around it ourselves, given I had to travel each day to open the unit.Once he ended his work, we felt the job was incomplete. To paint our unit, Derrick had removed all our outlet covers, but never replaced them. Several materials like empty paint cans and other miscellaneous trash was left. He also used our bathroom sink to clean paint brushes and rollers each day. However he left the sink clogged with paint and our sink (and other parts of the bathroom) are now stained with paint. I understand none of this isn't fixable and we've already address some of the clean-up, however these should have been addressed by the contractor.Services: Paint indoors, Remodeling, Flooring

Derrick is the BEST! He is so professional and knows his stuff! He facilitated a 6 ft. vinyl fence installation due to a problematic neighbor! He handled the job with skill and diplomacy! Not to mention the fence turned out great. He has worked on other projects from a beautiful Barn door installation to complex entertainment wiring. I pay for a construction quote to be done in this taking them two weeks to give me that quote back. I heard the response. On May 11 was already 3 weeks late. It was due for a closing. I and the realtor stressed that factor numerous times. There is over 30 calls from my phone alone. I could not contact the company from the phone at all. It took a email to get threw to anyone just to get a response about the estimate. And that was 3 weeks later for something that could of toke 72 hours or less. This lost was big! And I'm sorry Is not acceptable in business. 33 years in the game.
