Drove all the way down here will not accept credit cards over the phone because I don't have an account with them well if I was going to have an account with them I won't be having one with them now I would definitely talk to management instead of just anybody on the phone told me 4 days for something and now it's going to be a week and they're not even sure and they want the money up front thank you

Today was my first day with my cousin on a job and we came here to pick up materials, never was I expecting to have a free lunch (Hotdogs) thanks so much and the customer service I saw was definitely above and beyond I think his name is Reo or Realo this guy made sure the kids in the van had hotdogs, chips and he even went and got them water. I’m impressed, shocked and honestly honored to have met this guy and after talking with him for 10 minutes and finding out he served our Country in Iraq In the Army I definitely understand why he is so amazing. Thanks for everything we definitely need more people like you in the workforce and in the world I hope to see you again next time we visit Thanks Reo or Realo sorry I butchered your name

I absolutely love this place! Full disclosure, that may be because my dad is the logistics manager lol. All joking aside, customers can expect to get some of the best customer service Chicago has to offer. To say it gets busy here during the day is a huge understatement. The company is run by an group that gives back to this city. Seriously. They support countless non profits, food banks, and help provide shelter to the homeless. Reached out to them online after local companies were unable to sell me low sloped roofing products.Email inquires were answered immediately. Drove a few hours to pick materials up. Office staff were all super fast in processing my order. Material was loaded by super helpful yard staff within 10 minutes.Got home and realized I had ordered the wrong type of seam tape. After an email the correct product was shipped and on my door with 72 hours with zero questions about shipping costs.Great company.Shout out to Dave who provided some great recommendations for a felt backed TPO with spray adhesive. Amazing products and service!
