A-mazing company to work with! Honestly I'm trying to figure out how to write this without it seeming fake, but Lifetime was just that good:)I called lifetime shortly after my wife and I decided to go forward with fixing the basement that had been slightly ruined by a light amount of water in the existing carpet down there.The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice. Although my phone had a slight annoying delay, she continued to be courteous and professional as she set up a time for a free in home estimate. The next day I spoke with Mark, who arrived on time and with the tools necessary to give me a complete estimate on cost of labor and materials for the basement. After giving me his recommendations for the job and showing me previous jobs they were doing in the area, he left with no pressure tactics to sign on the spot and get the job started. Mark instead departed and left us with a business card and a quote to remember the company by,I contacted several other contractors to see if anyone could give a better price or would be better to work with and they were all either not professional enough or unwilling to work with me on the financial aspect of the job. I called back lifetime and they immediately sent Mark back over to finalize the specifics. After settling on a price they went to work the next week and the work started out and finished extremely well. If I had an issue or concern with the work or the basement, i was instructed with options to have it fixed or it was fixed for me at little to no extra cost.Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Lifetime if you have work that needs to be done in your home. They're professional, on time and very friendly to me and my family. If I ever have to have any other remodeling done to my home these guys are the first I'm going to call.Thank you, Lifetime!

What an awesome experience! From the very beginning Joey, Mark and the entire crew were extremely helpful and easy to work with. I could not be happier with my new kitchen and bathroom. I'm especially pleased with the way my new cabinets, countertops and floors look. Lifetime Remodelers truly helped transform my kitchen into the ultimate cooking and entertainment area. I will definitely be calling the Lifetime Remodelers crew when I remodel my basement.

Just used them to tear out and replace our front concrete porch and sidewalk. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of the gentleman that came out to give us the quote for the job. He explained everything well and delivered as promised. The job was performed within a very reasonable amount of time. The porch and side walk were finished with a "California" style finish and was also brushed for a non-slip finish. Very pleased with the job and definitely recommend using them and would not hesitate to use them again.

11/2/14 Update on the NON-TRUST & LOYALTY of Lifetime Remodelers:Mark contacted me 3 weeks after my previous review was posted and said that he will send a worker to look at my roof which still leaks after they performed the work to repair it. Mark was concerned about his company reviews but not enough to keep any of his promises to fix my leaking roof.I have phone & text records where he contacted me with promises at least 4 times since then. Today is Nov 2, 2014 and still no worker nor Mark has showed up.I won't say that they don,t do good work, however, they are human and they make mistakes.To honor warranty is a BIG PLUS in customer satisfaction.If they can't honor their warranty then the good work performed is null and void.Please beware of the TRUST that this company will honor any warranty.S WrightLifetime Remodelers, chicago il, license# TGC070618done work on my home on July 26,2014. I was referred by a co-worker and Mike Halpern came to my home & gave me an estimate. I had several other estimates and Mike's was the highest. I went with the company based on referral. The guys that came to do the work were nice & hard working, and when the project was complete I was satisfied, however, the roofing work which was done failed me three weeks later when we had a rain down pour. i contacted Mike the same day that I entered the garage & saw the water in the same place that they had done the work.Mike had a very nasty & uncaring attitude about my concern of the rain pouring in my garage. He stated that he did not think it was their problem even though it was raining in the same place in which we contracted for to be repaired.Mike then brushed me off of the phone by stating that he would be by my home that day to take a look at it. I knew within the tone of his voice that he would not come.I believe that once this company get your money they are done with you so don't TRUST the one (1) year warranty for LABOR as expressed on their contract.Since it was only three weeks after the work was done Mike (Lifetime Contractors) should have at the least came back to check out the problem, but like his attitude showed, he just don't care.I will be filing a complaint with the Lisa Madigan, the Attorney's General Office shortly.

Used this company to complete a project on my house. Very impressed with the professional approach, punctual arrival, and fair price. With contractors, you pretty much get what you pay for. Very pleased with the outcome. Will recommend Mark to friends and family, as well as have them return for any future projects or repairs.

This property was purchase for me from family owned Lifetime properties that contratcted w/ family owned lifetime remodelers. Prior to purchase, the bedroom rug was soaked from a leak. Lifetime remodelers removed the rug a claimed to repair a small crack. 2nd inspection was completed & the rug was soaked again. A crack in the foundation was supposed to be repairs & rug removed. A 3rd inspection the day prior to purchase with an agreement to a builders warranty for several things lifetime remodelers fail to complete including the leak in the basement. Several calls have been made since Feb 2016 regarding cemented/grouted pipes in 2 showers, wodden fence not properly installed, garage wiring, selves falling (nailed in drywall instead of studs), water damage, molded, & mildew bases & drywalls from the leaking in basement. Mostly everything was repaired in July 2016 except the leaking in the fully finished basement bedroom. The only contact was the selling agent for the execution of the bulider warrany until i retrieved the contact info from bbb for Mark Halprin. The constant rain has cause the bedroom to flood constantly everytime. Mark Haprin seller's father/partner of lifetime properties & remodelers was contacted & he sent a contractor that identified a tuck pointing as 1 of the issues.Tuck pointing was claimed to be repaired prior to purchase. Later in week the rain caused water to purfusly appear to exit an old electric box. The box was not in used & not removed or sealed from foundation. The electric box/outlet was completely cover with insulation & drywall without open access for an electrician. My electrician verified the old electic box was not removed or sealed from foundation. Froundation need to sealed with the hydraulic foundation sealant. Owner/Father Mark Halprin (lifetime) was notified and didn't take responsibility as the remodeler. He refered it to the Seller/Son Joey Halprin that hired Mark Halperin at lifetime remodelers to complete the remodling.

The entire process was quick and smooth. The crew arrived when promised and demolished the old stoop and walkway. They were very courteous and considerate as there was minimal damage to the grass during the demolition and construction. We had colored stamped concrete and it came out beautiful.

Called for a free estimate and schedule a time for them to stop by. Showed up 45 minutes late. Took a cursory glance at the project(s) we wanted completed, wouldn't even let me husband even explain everything we wanted done, and essentially refused to write up an estimate on the project. I believe the words were, "You don't want us to do that, our bid would be too high". How about you let me judge if it's too high/low/sideways...I'm the customer. Though I appreciate what some can interpret as honesty, I chose to interpret at douchery, it's unfortunate that we were essentially told to take our business elsewhere. Well, job well done on that account.

Very diligent and responsible workers. Despite the intense heat and extreme working conditions, the workers completed the remodeling with perfection and with no complaints. Very positive work ethic. Will use this group again.
