We had a leak coming from our wood burning stove and called Midwest Pro on Clark St in Chicago. The person who came out looked at the roof and gave us a quote of $1,700 because of the urgency to fix it right away. We signed the contract which was supposed to be guaranteed for 2 years. Within 2 months we had a rainstorm here and the roof by the wood burning stove was leaking yet again. The person who came out said it was a different problem and charged us another $650.... My husband got on the roof a few days later and looked at the job which is probably our mistake for not checking before he left. My husband said they did a very sloppy job and it was done at the same spot as the last time. I would suggest to anyone using this company to check out the quality of work before you pay...

Midwest Pro replaced/repaired one side of my garage roof when it was damaged by animals and the demolition of an adjacent garage. Luke and Hector were both prompt, personable and easy to do business with. The crew came when they said they would (between rain storms) and did an exceptional job very efficiently -- completed the work in one day. I've never had someone quite waste my time like Luke from Midwest Pro Roofing. I first contacted Midwest Pro in early June. Their worker never showed up - supposedly it was a car accident plus Covid plus a number of other excuses. No one ever called (or returned my calls again) until I left a poor review online (after they claimed to not know my name). Then Luke asked me to take my review down and said he would make it up to me. He then pushed coming to see my porch multiple times. When he eventually came, I got a quote within a few days and asked to schedule it. I was told they were backed up but it would be within 2 weeks. I received several calls from Luke with excuses pushing it again. I then didn't hear from him for 10 days until I reached out again. He clearly never wanted to do my project. My $1700 was not a good use of his time. He was supposed to call again 3 days and alas, nothing! I now have to go look for a new roofer after Luke wasted 6 weeks of my time. Stellar service! This review will not be removed.

Midwest Pro Roofing came expeditiously when I called the service was great we had our roof repaired over 3 years ago and called Luke for another job (tuckpointing) and he came on time to repair. I would highly recommend Midwest Pro Roofing to family, friends & neighbors..

Luke and his team were extremely helpful - I was in a bind and needed emergency services after a storm and had a crew at my home within an hour and the work done within a day. I called asking about someone to do a tuckpointing job on my chimney ...I was told someone would be out on Saturday to check it out. Saturday afternoon and still, no one came by. I called and was told the guy was busy doing another job. I was told the guy would call Monday.... Monday came and went...and still nothing. My fiance called Tuesday and was told the same thing. It is Friday now...and have heard absolutely nothing. Don't waste your time.

Great company, great work at an affordable price! The owner came out to give me an estimate on a full roof replacement and the pricing was by far the best I had received after looking at three other companies. He was also there everyday to supervise the work.

Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company . You can not contact them for warranty repairs. We have a roof installed in 2017 with a 10 year warranty it started leaking last week.Spoke with some one and they said they would come out and do the repairs and they never showed upService: Roof installation
