I’ve had numerous services done by Eddie and his crew. Bathroom gutted and remodeled in several days. Seepage work in few days. Electrical wiring too. I’d definitely recommend them!

DO NOT USE. Eddie and his crew are nice but I’ve had my kitchen and life torn up for 3 months and counting (2 of which with a newborn baby) and they continue to drag out the work sending someone every few days to complete 1-2 tasks and then won’t see them for another week. Will not use again. Funny thing is that I read the first review and figured it was an exception... consider yourself warned

I cannot possibly express enough bad things about Modern Image to make you understand how terrible it has been working with them. If you only read this far, take this message away: DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.Our project took almost three times the length we had agreed upon, they continually tried to get out of doing work they had contracted for, and, worst of all, their work is of such bad quality that we have continually paid new workers to come in and fix it. A union electrician came in and expressed how unbelievably awful all of the work had been and we racked up thousands of dollars of work fixing what Modern Image had done. Prior to even ending their work, however, they tried to convince us that cracks in tile were normal and did not want to fix a chipped tile and cracked grout. Our dry wall is bowed, the paint is splotchy, the plumbing leaks (had a plumber come in to fix that), and even small things like the thresholds have fallen apart. Our cabinetry company came in to finish the work because after seeing the previous work they did not trust Modern Image to complete the cabinetry in a suitable fashion. For your own sanity, please do NOT ever work with this company.

Just take my word DO NOT HIRE. I’m a pretty handy guy and can do most work myself but the job was too big for me. I had seen some work and looked decent but after talking to Phil about the job I was amazed at some comments and suggestions he had. He had no clue what he was talking about. Obviously his subs are the brains behind his business.
