We had an intermittent leak from our roof. Nicholas roofing came out and found the leak. During the repair it was discovered further work was needed. The Nicholas was willing to pause the job so our HOA could meet about the options they provided, and then came back within a day to finish the Job. Alec could not be more professional, kind, and understanding of a clients needs. If you need roof or paving work they should be your first call.
