Jeremy's team remodeled 2 bathrooms in our condo and I'm really pleased with the results! Jose took the time to improve the existing plumbing so I'm confident everything will run smoothly for years to come. The team was flexible when additional work had to be tacked on unexpectedly and helpful in making product and design recommendations.Would definitely use them again for any renovation project!Service: Bathroom remodeling

Working with Jeremy and his crew was great. The process was easy, and Jeremy remained fluid and flexible with scheduling in the midst of the pandemic. Despite my wife and I working from home during the construction, it caused no issues. Gerry and Javier, the two men working on the project, were very thoughtful in their approach and kept the construction as contained as possible.I appreciated that North Side Renovations was interested in taking on my relatively small project. It involved turning a large closet into a smaller closet, and a hall closet facing the opposite way. And surprisingly, despite it being several days and several thousand dollars, it was hard to find contractors willing to take on a project that wasn't larger than a full kitchen or bath. Luckily I found Northside, and the quality was exactly as expected. I'd use them again for projects large or small.

We had a complicated plumbing repair in a 100+ year old building. Jeremy and his crew did a great job: clean and professional. The scope of the job had to change as we got behind the walls into the pipes. He was flexible on the changes and suggested ways to limit the task. We worked with Jeremy to do a drywall patch on the ceiling in our master bathroom after a leak from the upstairs unit. He was the most affordable of the half-dozen quotes we got, came to do the work within a couple days, and we're so pleased with the results. We'll definitely be calling Northside Renovations the next time we need help with a home repair.

We've used Jeremy and team for 3 projects now, in two different homes. He is great, responsive and responsible, and tells you what is necessary and what is not. If something is not 100% to your satisfaction, he makes sure that it is. We really appreciate working with him and learning from his expertise. As projects come up with our fixer upper, he is the first one on our call list. Highly recommended.
