Oncallers home services was awesome and reliable! I had a couple of cracks in my drywall I needed fixed ASAP! They came in the next day and gave me a free estimate! The prices are very reasonable and the job was completed the day after the estimate was provided. Everything was done in a timely manner and the handyman assigned did a great job hands down.

This is the company that came when I purchased a thermostat installation from Amazon Home Services.I first tried installing the thermostat myself but could not figure out the wiring so I decided to hire an "expert" to install it correctly. Two people came out from this company but neither seemed to know what they were doing. They were on the phone with someone else trying to figure out how to install it. After they installed the thermostat, the air conditioning didn't work. They claimed I had damaged something by trying to install it myself, but this turned out not to be true. I had to call another company and pay another $250 to get it rewired correctly. The other company told me it was just wired incorrectly and there was NO damage. Amazon refused to refund me for this incompetent installation, despite providing written proof from the new company.

On the expensive side and requires a 50% down payment (non refundable I believe) on parts, parts that take at least a week to deliver. Though fixing electronics is cheaper than re-buying. So if they fix my stuff without any other surprises, new hidden expenses, or further delay then I will definitely raise my rating and opinion on them.

Have been using ONCALLERS for the past 3 months and I am pretty happy with the work.Imelda has been on time ( huge thing for me) , trustworthy and done a solid job so far. My place is actually relatively clean but just cluttered since I have a kid. Imelda has done a solid job and has been respectful of my home.Alejandra has been a solid coordinator/manager as she sends me reminders about the scheduling and also if any changes needed.

It took them SEVEN months to "repair" my laptop. I picked it up several times and each time I had to return it because there was something else wrong with it. Words cannot express how much I loathe this place.I took my laptop in for a broken charger port. I called after not hearing from them for a month. I was told it would be ready a week later. I picked it up and after getting home I realized the keyboard wasn't working. I returned it to them. After not hearing from them again, I called after two weeks. They said it would be ready the following week. I picked it up. This time I turned it on in the store. The keyboard worked but it was really difficult to use. Plus the colors on my screen were messed up.They kept it for a few weeks.I would call every week or two for an update because they never called me. Finally, I received a call saying my laptop was ready. I went to the store and waited a half hour while they checked the laptop. They should've checked it before I got to the store but clearly these aren't the smartest people. The laptop wasn't even ready!I continued to do this back and forth with them for SEVEN months! I only believe I got my laptop back because after calling several times I finally spoke with someone claiming to be a manager and I told him my story. All he said was that there was nothing he could do about it and it takes time to get parts in the mail. I assured him it doesn't take seven months to get parts in the mail and that he and his employees should start pursuing different careers in fields in which they are knowledgeable.After all that, my charger port is still messed up.

Found them on Facebook as a recommendation. First time using a cleaning service. I was very apprehensive. Asked for a same-day appointment and got someone at my house within 3 hours. They did a magnificient job. I did have to pay a little more for deep cleanining but they do offer standard cleaning. I can't find any area that was lacking. Tile floors, kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, showers, drapes... all of it is spotless and clean. Will definitely use them again. I highly recommend!

I have counted on Oncallers on multiple occasions and I can truly say that they are experts in their trade. In February, my pipes froze. I called. The Service Manager was very informative even before actually sending a plumber for a free estimate. He had me try a few things before, to see if it would help determine the problem. I truly appriciated his time and honesty.A few weeks after, I hired them to do some light fixture installations, regrouting and toilet replacement, and got a discount for requesting multiple services. They will be the only ones that I will count on for any future repairs that I may need.

I needed some retiling and regrouting work done! Oncallers didn't disappoint. I got a quick response from a young lady within 15 mins. Francisco came in for a free estimate, We got the materials per his instructions and they were at the apartment within a day to complete the job. The work was meticulous and communication was great. The price was very competitive, I am very pleased with the work accomplished. I will definitely use them again!! 5 star service!

The service representative told me my charging port was dirty instead off damaged, clean it for free works great. Honesty goes a long way, definitely will go back for any electronics repair in the future. Definitely go to those guys AAAAA++++++ in my book.

I got my phone fixed at Oncalllers 3 months ago, the staff was nice and it didn't seem like there were any issues. A few weeks later i noticed my screen would glitch and open a bunch of apps and press random buttons. It wouldn't stop until i turned off my phone or left it locked for a couple minutes, that wasn't a huge issue but very annoying to deal with. Then today i was driving my girlfriend to work, when i took my phone out of my pocket i noticed the LCD was cracked and it was unusable. I did not drop the phone today or any days prior. I went in to Oncallers hoping i could claim the warranty was given, and was told that this damage was not covered in the warranty. I am extremely disappointed with oncallers, there was nothing i did to cause this damage and the screen was faulty from the start. I do not recommend anyone going here and i will not be coming back.

The staff really went above and beyond in trying to work with me after my phone insurance was up so i could get my income fixed. I really appreciate them helping me out when things have been tight financially for my family and myself. I'd definatly recommend them if you need your phone fixed!!

I had a Iphone 6 with a busted earpiece which was due to a DIY screen replacement I performed. I used the free pick up and delivery service which was originally supposed to take about 1hr 30mins(PU&DO included). The technician arrived in 15 minutes after receiving his complimentary dispatch call. When he arrived he informed me that he would be able to repair it in roughly 20 minutes on site in the company vehicle. My reason for subtracting a star was because after installation I could no longer use my home button. I was informed this was due to my incompetence in my DIY attempt. (I damaged the main flex cable attached to the back metal plate).

This is my second time to On-CallersMy first time was for a screen replacement and I would give them 5 start for that.My second time was for a battery replacement and charging port replacement on my iphone 5s. The replacement of the battery and fixing of the charging port went well but when I got home my phone kept restarting every 2 or 3 mins. In the middle of call, texting, email. So I brought it back. They look at it, did something behind the curtain, and said it was fixed.After leaving the store I was having the same problem. Brought it back and they said it was either a corrupt os or hard drive. I tried reloading the OS but the phone would not stay up long enough to load it.I now have a paper weight. I wish I would have taken my money and just invested in a new phone. Lesson learned.

Went in with a cracked screen/digitizer on a iPhone 5. Was originally quoted $100 for repair over the phone. When i arrived, i was told it would be $175 because my home screen button was missing and, it would need to be ordered as a separate part. I walked out of the store because, i know screen and digitizers are about $50 (and the home key is part of the assembly) so I ordered a replacement online and installed myself. Literally two screws, three electric ribbon connectors and your done. Took me 4 minutes to do and, i saved $120...thanks for nothing and for exposing yourselves as the huge ripoff you guys are.

Oncaller's repaired a cracked screen and digitizer on my Iphone 6 causing a "touch screen" problem. This problem never existed before Oncaller's repaired this Iphone. When Oncaller's was made aware of this issue the manager accused the problem on being a faulty "main board" problem. Exactly 30-45 days later my Iphone 6 incurred the same problem of a "cracked screen" and digitizer replacement by another repair shop with no "touch screen" problem. Oncaller's should issue me a refund of $130.00 for selling and/or soliciting faulty or defective parts. Why is my issue of a "main board" problem non existent with the same repairs but from a different company.

This place is not helpful one bit, and to my surprise they don't know much about phones, besides replace cracked screens I guess and other basic things but when it came to an actual software problem they did not know what to do. And foremost the person that was working the day I made the mistake in going in, had no heart because my 2 years daughter had to use the bath room and he would not let her use it so we had to leave the store and go to Jimmy John's to use the bathroom.

Very bad customer service, I went to change the battery, but my phone crashed the screen and back cover. I called the police after the staff was not professional and said we were not our fault. I do not recommend it, it is very expensive and amateur service

Rude customer service. Can't properly install a screen protector. On the sides full of dust & little fibers, not to mention the fingerprints on the screen before it was put on. Waste of money, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
