Great customer care, everyone I spoke with explained everything and answered every question I had in a way I understood. They showed me the window and explained how it worked long before they were installed. They have a website that allows you to keep track of the entire process. A lifetime warranty is a huge plus! Install for 11 windows took about half a day and that was fantastic! I have and will continue to recommend this company, they are truly amazing and it’s no wonder they have been around so long.

Terrible service so far. When my parents told me about the quality of the windows, I tried to get them help. I spoke with someone who said we'd have them for summer when I called in the fall, but now it's next fall. However, someone else is now saying summer, but he doesn't know. We had a freaking sales rep come by who mocked the appearance of the windows, saying whoever installed them did a bad job. His whole attitude changed after we told him it was your company. I wouldn't recommend your company if you plan on being a customerResponse: I've already called your customer service. If I'm going to be told again that there's nothing your company can do besides wait for an undetermined time frame, what's the point? Meanwhile, our neighbors, who are new customers, are having their windows installed, while the sales rep who helped them came by to insult their own product unknowingly

Power Home Remodeling is awesome!This company is reliable, efficient, and professional. The company truly cared about the work that occurred on my home. They explained everything clearly from beginning to end, so there were no surprises along the way. When I had questions and called the customer care team, they were happy to assist and answered my questions or transferred my call to the proper department. When my project was complete, a manager came out to inspect that everything was done well and to their high standards.Also, the lifetime warranty is a HUGE plus!Thank you Power Home Remodeling!

Both projects with power have gone well, although the first project that we had had a few issues power resolved them to a satisfactory measure. We are having siding and trim installed on our home today and so far the project has been run very smoothly. The crew is operating in a clean safe and organized manner. There is a foreman on site and quality assurance inspector to even make sure that this process is going well for us. So far so good with the project were satisfied and Would recommend power to our friends and family members . We are very satisfied!

Overall the experience was good. James, our sales person, was very knowledgeable and explained certain issues. The installation went smooth and although the door is/was scratched, they have already planned the replacement appointment. Thankfully the door also has a transferrable lifetime warranty. While the customer service was very persistent/pushy, the overall experience was great and the individuals that came to our home were very professional!

I have an amazing experience with Power Home Remodeling. Everything has been explained really well from the moment Bryan came in to inspect the roof all the way to when the install started. The workers have been extremely polite and even helped me out of my home today and to my car because I have problems walking. I would highly recommend this company for anybody looking to get their roof replaced. The best thing about Power has been how punctual everybody has been in the entire process.

We had a great experience with the whole Power Home Remodeling team. From the start, we had Vince come over and explain thoroughly about the windows and the various features. It was awesome to hear about the lifetime warranty and transferable to the next homeowner. From there it has been seamless. The install team did a great job and Josh came over to inspect for any issues or concerns we may have had. He talked through how to use them and walked through the warranty as well.Vince, Josh and the whole team made everything super easy and had amazing customer service. Will definitely use them in the future if we have any other home project needs!

I did my home in 2 phases and after the first phase I was happy but by the end of everything I would never use this company again. We had someone come out and quote us for most of the windows in our house. Vince was our first representative, and he was very helpful and patient. He revised the quote multiple times as we decided on our budget and style. We eventually decided to only do the windows in our office which changed 4 double hung windows into 2 large sliders. I loved that they called only an hour or two after it was completed saying that they would like to have a project manager review the finished work. They found a very small tear in one of the screens during their inspection and had someone come to replace it later that week while I was at work. The room looked so different, and the work was great. We also found that some drywall had been damaged under the window after installation. They offered to pay someone else to come out and fix it or offer a discount on future work. In the end, he reviewed the additional windows that we were originally quoted for and convinced us to move forward with the work. They offered multiple discounts (for the damage, for posting reviews, and even offered us special 1% financing that they claimed only employees normally get.)The 2nd phase of work was a huge disappointment. Many trim pieces were installed poorly. In the bedroom they had installed it right over the curtain rod brackets (meaning we would have to remove the window trim just to change our curtain rods if we ever wanted to.) In the kitchen, one of the corners was crooked and had a huge uneven gap. They only caulked the sides and left the tops and bottoms without caulk. The installers from the first phase had caulked all 4 sides so I thought that would be standard, but I was told it is not. Overall, the caulk job was sloppy and ugly. The installers even left an old tube of caulk out front in the yard. I was surprised that no one called to schedule a final inspection again, so I called a few days later and was told “we don’t have the resources to inspect every job.” That was disappointing since they tell you a million times that they are like “a small company with a large company behind it.” Someone came out a few days later to review my concerns and said they would send someone out. I was called the next day saying they needed to reschedule the installers, which was weird because no one had ever called to schedule with me in the first place. When the installers did come back, I had to walk around to every issue and point out all the issues again, it felt like he had no clue what he was there for. He was very friendly and willing to work on whatever I pointed out however it seemed like the repairs were just as poor as the original work. Rather than cut new trim for the uneven corners, he just pulled the further piece forward so now there is a large gap from the wall to the trim. The trim over the brackets were pulled out and basically reinstalled over the brackets. The only difference is now there is also caulk all over the brackets as well. At this point my husband and I decided to just fix it ourselves. It only got worse when I was finally making payments and realized that the special 1% interest rate I was promised never happened. I was set up with 10% interest (If I kept this loan, I would end up paying thousands more in interest than the actual work.) I called the loan company and they refused to change anything. I emailed Power over the weekend to see if they could fix this and I received a voicemail saying “yeah there’s nothing we can do about that. Call us if you need anything else.” I feel like they give you the good installers and customer service upfront and once they’ve got you it is all shady. They never really reveal how much of a discount you get for each supposed discount (the damage, the reviews, etc.) Overall, I just feel like I was tricked, and the final results could have been a million times better. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% completely satisfied with their work! I am really happy with Power Home Remodeling. They have great products and a lifetime warranty. I am relieved by the piece of mind that comes with it. Their staff are experts and knowledgeable about everything they sell. I really can't emphasize enough their friendliness and patience. Darrius helped me with pick out the right products for me and answered all of my questions. He was extremely funny and kind. Such a great guy! The whole process was seamless and I was always in great communication with the company. The staff performing the work were punctual, friendly, and took great care doing the work. When I need something in the future, they will be my first call.

This is my second time working with Power Home Remodeling in 2 years. Last year they replaced my windows and did a really good job. This year I discovered that my roof needed to be replaced and so naturally went back to Power to complete the job. I really appreciate Power Home Remodeling installing our new roof. From the first contact with the Power representative, I received excellent care and details to consider a great roof. The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable about the company's products. He quickly identified my roof issues without shame or embarrassment and offered an amazing solution. He explained that even if I didn't use his company, I needed to fix the roof. He was right. I am grateful for the company's time and patience while I made my decision and ultimately chose them to do the work. Everything they promised was delivered. The work crew was on time and finished in two days. They really finished in one but the foreman want to re-inspect the roof, the attic, the vents, and ground to ensure they did a great job. I have had several estimates in the past, but nothing compared to the quality of the products, the people, and the service that I received from power home remodeling.I originally budgeted for a smaller project, but the easy financing helped me achieve getting it all done at once. I am so happy with the explanation of what was going on with my home, and also the thorough presentation that demonstrated all of the features that the new roof Would include. We were approached by Power when we moved into our house 5 years ago about window replacements, but we were not ready to make such a large investment at the time. Last year we started looking around for windows and Power kept popping up. A couple things we liked about Power more than the other companies we talked to are the following: everyone we worked with were super genuine and patient. We have many small children and animals, and no one was disturbed, rude, or negative about this. They made us feel very comfortable. When they showed us the product we were also impressed with how genuine they talked about it and all the data they were able to present with their product. Even after l, while researching on our own, we only read good reviews and statistics about their work. Overall the experience went well, and our windows are amazing!

This company will request you to review them multiple times, but don't actually care about the customer experience. We had a project scheduled to replace our gutters, soffits and fascia. They came and dropped their materials off on a Friday for a Monday start day. Well, they dropped all of the materials off right in front of our garage and we were unable to leave our home for three days with a newborn. They have no one working the weekends to answer phones so we weren't able to speak to anyone about it until Monday. When I was finally able to reach them, the manager I spoke with, Natalie, offered no apology or sympathy. Just let me know they'd move it when they got there to start working. Said the instructions indicated to drop off the material there when I know for a fact I said to put them in the backyard, which is right next to the garage with plenty of space. I was so disappointed with how they handled my complaint. We had to cancel plans, couldn't go to the grocery store, and luckily our newborn didn't have any dr appointments or I would have really been livid. They also left behind material for five days and didn't even pick up everything.EDIT TO ADD: Downspout in back of house was installed pointing at our shingles. We now have extensive water damage due to the recent rain and water infiltrating our house due to this sloppy installation.

Power has stopped out at our home a few times in the past and went. We were not particularly ready for windows, but this time around we felt very comfortable with our timing and went with a partial window project. We were very impressed with the quality of the product, the fact that they offered custom size windows, and the sales person. Ralph was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The process was very straightforward, the explanation of everything, and how it would be installed was very clear the people that have come out to the home have been polite and professional and the crew did a fantastic job installing the work in a very timely fashion.
