I have to say, with all honesty that this company is one of the most professional companies that I have ever had to work with. The company I work for deals with manufacturers and vendors every day and never have I had a company back up every word with action. They stand behind their service and they completed the entire project before the deadline and with complete success. Our owners were astonished at the level of professionalism and integrity that they displayed. We look forward to working with them in the future as we will never go anywhere else.

Their product failed on my patio within 1 season. It is December now and I've been told since July they will fix it. I asked for a refund and they just kept telling me they will fix it. Then finally when I told them I'm going to have to bring them to small claims court I was told to go ahead. I plan on doing so. Beware of this company.
