Unresponsive, don't show up when they say they will, roof didn't even last till the end of the warranty and they won't honor it saying its our fault. I inherited a newish roof on the building that was done by Reid roofing in 2017 and every interaction is just a nightmare. They will never respond to email, only sometimes answer the phone, scheduling with them is more of a suggestion than a promise. Their pricing seems pretty average and given that our roof didn't last the 10 years given by their warranty, which again they are trying to weasel out of, their workmanship seems suspect. I honestly don't understand these positive reviews given that my multiple interactions with them, 3-4 times over the past 2 years, have been consistently poor. Once is a mistake twice is a pattern, avoid them its not worth it.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

These guys embody every one of your worst fears when hiring a roofing company. Did extremely shoddy work a few years back on our condo roof, the membrane is now completely detached, and they are using a maintenance technicality in the warranty to get out of fixing their abysmal work. Run for the hills, do not hire these guys unless you love water in your place

We contacted Reid for an estimate for repairs on our condo building's roof. Of all the bids we received theirs was the most comprehensive and was very competitively priced. Kevin and Andy were very easy to communicate with, and were very responsive and transparent regarding what work needed to be done. They even took pictures and worked with our insurance company.The work was completed quickly with no disruption to our building. We'll definitely be using them for future roofing and tuck pointing needs.

We were extremely pleased with Reid Roofing from the very start. We knew they'd be swamped (being the Summer and all) so we called and spoke with Andy for scheduling...imagine how pleasantly surprised we were when they were able to come out that following week, WOW! The crew worked incredibly hard and only stopped for a quick bite at lunchtime. It was a pleasure working with both Andy and the owner, Kevin. Kevin made sure he came in at the start of the job and stayed in contact with the entire time. We'd HIGHLY recommend Reid Roofing to our friends & family! Keep up the great work!

Reid roofing was very efficient and great to work with. I got s referral from a friend who used them before and indeed it was a great choice. They came out got a quote and a week later all finished and done. Very efficient. Will recommend to anyone!

We were referred to Reid Roofing by our neighbor. What I liked about their quote is how detailed it was compared to other quotes we received. We engaged Reid Roofing to primarily replace our pre-fab chimney housing. They also made some other repairs, including replacing the boots on the vent stack and the intake/exhaust pipes of my HVAC unit in our attic. I thought the workers did a great job. The only hiccup was that I discovered when they replaced the boot on the air intake of my furnace, the PVC pipe came loose. Reid sent out an HVAC guy to fix. When the workers were out, I asked them to take pictures of the work completed as I was not going to be able to get on my roof to inspect the work. Before the workers left, I confirmed with the workers they did in fact take pictures. My biggest complaint about Reid is their lack of responsiveness. I also did not appreciate being told my payment for services were 13-days over due when (a) no where in the contract did it say payment was due within a certain period of time and (b) Reid was the one dragging their feet on getting me pictures of the work to ensure I was satisfied with the work performed.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

Recommend by a friend but very disappointed by Reid Roofer's embarrassing job on our roof. They cut corners and did a shoddy work. Screws are now coming out of the asphalt roof, they didn't do a complete tear off like they said they would although charging us for it, and pools of water form all over the roof. Leaks started almost immediately after the horrible job they did and to top it off many of the workers were just plain rude. The owner and his son seem like nice people but they don't manage the crew well. Walking into their office and seeing pornographic material on their office desk should have been a big clue to how sleazy they can be. I feel like a fool for trusting this business. Ask for references if you are considering using them and check out past projects.

Called on Saturday for an emergency service. They gave me an estimate and said they couldn’t come that day, but said I would be their first job on Sunday morning, they even emailed me Sunday morning. After that they never showed up, wouldn’t answer my phone calls or emails and I have a house with water damage now. Still haven’t heard back from them. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.Service: Roof repair

This company is doing work on the building next to mine, my fence is damaged from falling bricks and there is also mortar on spots all over the side of my fence closest to where the work is being done. Also the workers do not even bother to sweep up the debris that is falling on my porch and in front of my house unless I say something to them.
