We are approaching the final day of my bathroom renovation. It was a total renovation requiring moving plumbing and structural changes. I am very pleased with the near finished project. My biggest takeaway from the project is that Mike, the owner, is willing to do almost anything to satisfy his customer. He offers suggestions and takes customer requests seriously. His associate, Anastasia was also helpful and friendly. RESIL is a business I expect to have a continued association with for future needs. I am quite happy with the results!

My wife and I could not have been happier. From day one, the salesman, Gilbert, sat down with us to discuss our plans. He took the time that we needed, in order to make decisions. Mike, the owner, followed up with a visit a few days later and secured all of our plans. I think the biggest thing that impressed my wife and I is that Mike kept his promise and he stuck to his commitment. The workers got everything done in a timely manner and at the end of the day my wife and I were ecstatic with the final outcome. They remodeled our kitchen and our bathroom. Don't do it! Use someone else! They put on a good first impression, then as soon as something comes up, all they do is put you off and give empty promises. Mike is an unethical smoozer. They'll tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign that contract! He's knowledgeable but a money grabber who doesn't communicate with his team then disappears. Please do not use this company. I ordered windows from them a year ago.. I had an issue with my bathroom window for the past 6 to 9 months someone came out and all he said was I never seen this problem before and he left. I now have an issue with my kitchen window that is rarely used and I keep getting ring no answer. These were supposed to be lifetime guarantee.

Well let me start 1st by saying that initially I was very pleased with the work that I received from Resil Home Improvement when they initially replaced my front porch back in November of 2020. However, once Spring came around I noticed that some of the wood had started to buckle. I called and reported the issue and someone told me that they would come out to take a look at it the next week and get it fixed. A month passed and no one ever showed up then Mike, the owner came out and said that he would do an inspection and that he would have a crew come out the next week to repair it that was April 29th, it is now June 10th and I have yet to hear from anyone with regards to fixing the buckled wood on my porch. I am so frustrated and thoroughly disappointed with Resil for their service, or rather lack of and the thing is, is that no one from management even had the decency to call me explain what happened or even apologize, they just keep putting people in the office on the phone to say that someone will be out the next day and the next day somehow turns into weeks very disappointed with the post service that I've received. I wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy!🤬👎🏽

I can’t review the quality of their work because they made it impossible to get started. I called about a month ago & set up an appointment for an estimate. Received a call from their sales person Jose that he was unavailable that day/time, but would come by within a few days. Week goes by. Called Jose & was scolded because he said he would text first, but promised he would come by the next day. Week goes by. Called the main number to see if anyone could come give us a quote. Office person said Jose said he gave me an estimate. Impossible because he hadn’t been to my house yet. Office person had Jose call me & on our cameras, saw he came by that afternoon. Week goes by. Called office & they said they would have Jose call me. Nothing. Apparently they have so much business, they don’t need to recruit new clients.

The Vice President of Resil came to our condo to do an estimate. They were very timely with getting back to us, and although the price was slightly out of budget for us, we appreciate the honesty and ease of booking.
