Very conflicted about this review. On the front end, the team did amazing work. They helped me navigate insurance ( which was a nightmare), the quality of the work was excellent and they did a great job getting my home clean after the work was done. The issues started on final payment collection.Long story short after attempting to pay and their systems not functioning properly, their VP Tom Nesbitt began calling me back to back to back and threatening to send me to collections. Why would I call you to offer alternative forms of payment (BECAUSE YOUR LINK ISN'T WORKING) if I'm not trying to pay my bill?!It's just insulting. Don't treat customers that way it's just not necessary.

We had a really great experience with Restoration Associates after having a not-so-great experience with another company who tried to overcharge us for repairs when dealing with a water leak and having to have our carpet replaced. Theodore was incredibly responsive and thorough, explaining every step and making sure we knew what to expect by providing a realistic time line, and even had us looking at carpet samples to ensure we had the exact product we wanted. Although we were happy with his recommendations sight unseen, we appreciated that he wanted us involved in the process. Our insurance company had recommended them, and we are so glad they did. Their work was impeccable, and we were really happy with Restoration Associates. We highly recommend them if you need a good, fair contractor who does quality work.

I was really happy with the work that Restoration Associates did both with the demolition and restoration. Theodore was very helpful and always available, he walked me through the process with the insurance company and how to best navigate it all. As well as sending out a great crew that did a top notch job of fixing my water damaged areas and restoring my home in very professional and clean manor.

About as well oiled of a company that I have had to work with. Never a delay with hitting deadlines and the response time from emails, phone calls never lapsed. Contacted Restoration Associates because my insurance recommended them and I was not disappointed. Pricing was fair, they came out quickly to assess flood damage in our basement and had everything drying by the next day. Pickup of equipment was quick as well. If you have the unfortunate circumstance of a flooded basement, highly recommend them as your first call!

The team at Restoration Associates Corp did a fantastic job. I had come back from a vacation and there had been water damage from a leaky water heater in an apartment above. They were very responsive and had a person to come look at it within 48 hours of calling them. After they surveyed the situation they were able to get a crew in very quickly and begin to fix the damage. They also painted the entire ceiling and were able to do touch ups on the walls. The whole process was very quick and they are very responsive to any questions that I had for them. Soooooo our restoration project has been going on for nearly 2 months....to redo our floors....Now, we did hit some unexpected issues so I understand the project will take longer, but a majority of the delay has been due to our restoration company, Restoration Associates.It has been like pulling teeth to get them to come work. Sending multiple emails and making multiple phone calls just to get ahold of someone, only to be met with them being short with us.Today I spoke with our point of contact, Tom (the owner, I'm assuming?), after he hasnt been responding and no one has been here to work in nearly a week. I was polite, but obviously frustrated. And he got really short with me when I said, "Tom, WHEN are we completing this project?". He said, "Im not sure what youre in such a rush to get done, it's just the one piece."First off, its NOT just one piece, so apparently "completed" work in their eyes is what is pictured below. And second, don't get short with someone when you've taken nearly two months to complete a flooring project.I HIGHLY suggest staying away from using this company at ALL COSTS.
