Do your research before you hire this company!! They continue to change their name from MidAmerica to NRC to this current name. They damaged our home- hardwood floors, walked off the job, and now have been in court for almost 2 years. We had to pay for all repairs while our insurance check still sits with them. This has been a 4 year nightmare! They even threatened twice that they had put liens on our home in an attempt to intimidate us without legal basis and sent threatening letters when they are the ones who walked off the job. As you can see from the photos, they NEVER used floor coverings even though they charged our insurance for them. Their workers were on metal stilts while repairing the drywall and completely gauged our floors.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

We had a great experience with NRC! The overall process was very smooth and everyone we worked with was professional and knowledgeable. Steve did a great job of presenting the project and followed up with us throughout the project. Luis and Kyle were also awesome to work with when it came to customer service. Not only were they friendly, but real responsive to all of our questions. The work was done in a timely manner and the roof looks awesome. After a hail storm last year a representative came knocking at our door offering a free inspection. I must admit I was weary at first especially since it was a door to door solicitor. That being said the guy ended up being really cool and once he determined there was in fact damage, he was in contact every step of the process to get an insurance adjuster out and the project approved. First thing in the sprig when weather allowed they were out replacing our roof and gutters. It is hard to find fault with anything about the way they handled the situation from start to finish. I called Josh at NRC when a tree fell on my garage and he was at my door within hours. With their help, I was able to get all new roof and siding approved through my insurance. Josh Couwenhoven came and did a roof and siding inspection. My roof did not need to be replaced, but my siding did. Josh took care of everything for me and I didn’t need to do anything. Initially, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to afford getting new siding because of my deductible, but Josh did everything he could to help bring the cost down. This was the easiest process I’ve ever been through. If I ever need roof or siding work done I will definitely call Josh again. I’d recommend NRC to anyone.

My experience with NRC was overall good. Eddie Bahena was great! He is responsive and just a pleasure to work with. I had my roof and gutters replaced. I am only disappointed that I didn't get full reimbursement for the reinstallation of my cable dish. I first reported what I thought Dish Network would charge me but the actual bill came in higher. When I reached out to NRC they thought $79 was too small to go back to the insurance company yet they didn't offer to pay out their pocket.Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation

So far I only experienced awful customer service, no contacting you back, lieing in order to get a contract signed, then they blame if on there own people and taking zero accountability. There is no way I can recommend anyone to use this company actually the opposite. STAY AWAY be warned!
