Sharonnie from Richards came into the picture and got everything squared away. I didn’t have to call them back, they called me. Quoted me a price than charged me much higher. Didn't expect that so realized too late. Oh well they said. Than they wouldn't take leftover because they said it's a special order. They never informed me about this when I was buying it, and i never special ordered it just walked in. It's more like a scam than supplier.

Warning!!! Warning!!! Warning !!!!!I strongly recommend you stay far away from this company!!!! We were doing bussiness for 4 strong financial years for both of us. In 2018 late December we had a balance with them, never did we NOT communicate, on the balance and what our intention was to pay it, strong relationship as we THOUGHT that there was, but find out that we are just a number period. I never was so misled by Ed Waxinsky as ever buy anyone in my life. I reached out to Ed and said can we make a deal (text message that I had ) about the balance. I offered to make $5000 payments on the balance on any jobs that we preformed applied to the oldest invoice he said let me make a call and I will get back to you. Within 5 minutes he texted me and said we have a deal!!!! In Dec 2018 late in the month we ordered 2 jobs paid our $5k per job as agreed 1 week later 2 liens were put on the 2 jobs we preformed when asked why ???? WE HAD A DEAL WITH ED THE BIG GUY ..... ED'S response we had to do that cause we can not lien the other properties ??? I said we had a deal sorry man out of my hand. In my opinion Ed is not a man of his word and he will try as he did to ruin your company!!!! Talking to anyone above him was a waist of time and money for both. They lost a good customer that was spending close to $400k a year maybe more and when Ed called and asked why i was buying somewhere else i told him you tried to ruin us and now you want to eat??? Ed you are a liar and sad to say i thought you were my friend and cared about my company and my family but that is not the case. You are a conniver cheat and i hope Richards building supply considers to terminate you and cause stress in your family as you did mine. Oh and asking me for a referral cause you found us a roofer i knew right there if you worked for me you would be terminated!!!!! To Richard the owner this guy ED is no good!!!! He lost me, another guy I know was spending a million, and someone else around $600k, we are spending our money with BEACON and will continue for years to come ....My advice to anyone doing bussiness if you get in financial trouble ED WILL SCREW YOU FOR SURE !!!!!!!!I will never forget the stress you created ED WAXINSKY your a true failure in my book and as much as you tried to hurt someone instead of helping is the true you!!!Stay away from here and get everything in writingfrom a CUSTOMER ....That you forgot we were

I called them to get information and place an order and I was told they had to attend instore costumer before me. I asked if instore costumers were more important they said unfortunately yes. I've been a costumer for 6 years. Very disappointed. Mrs Smith was the sales rep .

I come over today , because my family member , call me and asking for help with she food, is no nurse today,only few for all the building ,she needs to heat the food some 1easy for health people not for ,my family member ,and son I come over she said,is waiting over 7hr to be change the pamper,I ask the nurse I see it and I have to wait two more hrs and ask 3times , finally coming over I have to help to move that is ok ,I do anything for my family but some body needs to work in this problem is no good and I see other people in the rooms come over to the door and ask for what needs to, because waiting for to long and no body come .thanks for the time if you read and do something about it is in 4 floor 431thanks good blessings all of people.
