I came in not sure what exactly I needed and the sales guys were very helpful and patient with me. After about an hour of consulting and me going back and forth with my indecisiveness I was able to choose my order and left feeling confident. I recently had a crazy experience ordering siding and trim from Menards. Long story short, Joanna at Richards saved my life. They have more materials in stock than any other supply house that I called. Richards is super flexible with delivery dates and could have had everything at my house the next morning if that was what I needed. There’s no reason to shop for building materials anywhere else after this great experience!

Looking to repair/ replace some damaged siding. I had a sample piece of the old siding and asked if they had it in stock. I was told they did and that a sample was on the wall behind me. The one on the wall was totally different. I asked again and put my hand on the piece in question the employee said that’s the one. It was way off, not even in the same flat style. Never offered to look up to see if they could order it. They seemed to be more interested in what they were going to eat then helping a customer. I can’t believe these guys can stay in business with service like that. I guess they have enough customers.
