The top half of our chimney was in dire need of tuck pointing, had some holes, and was even missing a brick or more. It was in danger of falling over if not addressed. I came across Roofmen for another project and was glad to learn they also do chimney repairs. It was easy to communicate with Hector largely via text, and everything was a breeze. The price was fair, the work is good, and I would hire them again.

Hector was very responsive which is important to me when working with service providers. Him and the crew did an excellent job on fixing a roof leak and other misc items I had on my to do list on my rental property including patching up a wall that had water bubbles from the leak. I needed to resurface a flat roof.If I could, I would give this company 10 stars. I am extremely satisfied with them for the following reason:- They were punctual for the visit to inspect the flat roof and for the job. And I mean that they arrived exactly at the time they promised.- They sent me their estimate next day, as promised.- They were always respectful and polite.- They did the job quietly and efficiently.- They cleaned up after the job was completed.- Communication with this company was easy. They replied within 24 hours, often much sooner.- Their estimate was competitive. Not the best, but close. Their professional behavior is what made me choose them.
