I got blocked, trying to reach them, their so call ethics and values is not who they are. There is nothing professional about this so called company. I had spot tuck point of masonry work, lentil seals, grind out mortar and brick alkaline, with waterproofing of entire house. $5000.00 yes wish they would have told me I wasted their time and money, because that's exactly what they did to me, wasted my money with the same result. I had no problem paying them, all their work was cracked and water is seeping in the house with no way of getting work done. I have white mold in all brick where they supposedly water proofed the brick. All lentils are not seal, warping the inside walls of my house. This business is a fraud, they kept giving me dates and times when they would come and eventually I got blocked. Got ripped off. This is not quality work, don't know how to properly mix cement, this company is a joke.

Jerry completed a flat roof repair on my house. A couple months later the roof began leaking. I spoke to him about it and he promised to come out and fix it. He never did. I called and texted him multiple times but he didn’t respond. He doesn’t warranty his work.Service: Roof repair

Update: 19-FEB-2021. The response from owner below should tell you what you need to know about this company. Threatening not to provide service after there’s a warranty and signed contract in place is very unprofessional. Since the last review they came and repaired the cracks. However the additional waterproofing they applied to the steps is beginning to crack fall apart now. We will be calling to have this repaired when the weather is better. We’ll be sure to update the review if they come and repair the problem or if they deny/fail to provide service like they stated below.Update: The mortar began to crack, few days after the work. Called to have work repaired and was assured it was not a problem and would be fixed since it’s under warranty. Sent pictures then received no response. The next week I Called and went to voicemail. Shortly after I received a text stating he would send someone to fix the work. Another week has gone by still not fixed nor have I received a response to my call or text.Had front steps and brick which needed to be repaired. Got in touch with these guys through home advisor. Great customer service, Fast response, honest about needed repairs, good price and fast work! Very pleased with these guys.

Let me start by saying I have never had masonry work done so I am not sure how the process works. After a couple days of back and forths they finally sent someone out. They gave me the estimate on my building which was way more than I was expecting. I told him what my budget was and he said thanks for wasting our time and money. The gentlemen then went on to be very rude saying that I need to make more money and that I was broke and I just couldn’t believe this man! If I pay $19,000 for work on my building it will not be with this company because the way he does business is absolutely atrocious! After I called him back and told him if the budget was an issue then that should’ve been his first question and his unprofessionalism was appalling. Not only did he begin talking over me and being very belligerent but when I told him I didn’t have to listen to this and hung up, he called me back to continue. I wouldn’t use their service if it was the cheapest quote I can find. I hope the guy gets the love he needs to be a better person when he doesn’t get his way.And I’m grateful for his attitude because now I know to look at the reviews. Shotty work and an awful attitude.... grateful to have dodged that pitfall!

Fast, informative and friendly service. Very transparent in the work required and quick turnaround of scheduling the actual job. Jerry identified the problem(s) and Nick and I were able to narrow down the scope of work necessary. They came out on time and worked diligently to address all issues of concern. Jerry even added the finishing touches after the job was complete, on a spot that stuck out to me. We're very appreciative of the crew for doing the roof repair and tuck-pointing so we don't have any additional water concerns for the foreseeable future.

Oh my goodness, these guys are amazing! Our HOA hired them to acid wash and waterproof our brick, three flat that had never been sealed. They did a fantastic and thorough job. Even bringing to our attention some tuckpointung that need fixing.The price was right, too. Nick is truly a man of his word. He did absolutely everything he said he would do. Communication and honesty is crucial for me when hiring someone to do a job and Nick and his crew exceeded my expectations. I will call him if we ever need masonry work done in the future and will recommend to others. Oh, and he was always on time! Love this guy!

I very highly recommend United. I had a substantial concrete porch rebuild project that I needed done quickly. They were easy to work with, fast, and did excellent work for a good price. United Masonary Roofing did outstanding work on my roof. I was given a quote that was reasonable and affordable. They showed me actual samples and after I picked my tile and color..they produced a photo of what it would look like too! They were so kind, professional, and they performed very neat workI. My roof was done in ONE day! After they completed my roof you couldn't even tell they were at my house...they cleaned up all of the debris. I was so impressed and highly satisfied.I will recommend them to all of my family and friends.Thank you United Masonary Roofing.

This is the first company; whom did not over price the job and took time explaining given job; I really cannot say enough about this company; to sum it up you won’t be disappointed.

I explained that I was not familiar with getting work done on a building since I acquired the property in December and instead of being a business man with 17 years profession and discussing the process and what other option were possible or not, he went on to berate me. When I get the tuck pointing work done, it won't be with this company.

Stay away have case with states attorney in Springfield Been ignored from February now the owner finally responds after 8 months saying I got the wrong business the business is in Cicero I spoke to him several times on the phone he does not want to honor the warranty and yes I do have the contract he never answered back the state's attorney I guess my photos lied in the review
