I've had Wheaton roofing replace three roofs for me at a few local houses I own. They did fine work at reasonable prices. I had issues with an attic fan they installed, and they came back a number of times to fix it - and ultimately replaced it for free. They stand behind their work.

We just had our whole roof replaced due to hail damage back in May and we could not be happier with the results. Phone and text messages were returned promptly by Andy and apologies made when they had to reschedule. But after a few delays because of scheduling, it’s finished and the crews attention to detail was over the top. They clad a soffit with aluminum and placed a drip cap at every edge which we weren’t expecting. These guys were amazing. They really know their stuff. They have a great work ethic and cleaned up our entire yard when they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local company to do their roof.

Andy came out to Check our roof the next day after we called. We were concerned about hale damage as another roofing company "storm Chaser" told us and everyone on our block that they could just get the insurance to pay. He took a look and flew a drone up to get pics of what he saw so he could show me and my wife. We only had one little area that needed fixing. He fixed it on the spot in 45 minutes. We didn't need a whole new roof just yet, it's 15 years old. How refreshing it was to have an honest contractor not try to take advantage. Well done Andy.....Cool Gadgets.

I own a contracting company that operates in Dupage / Kane County. We have used Wheaton Roofing dozens of times. From gutters to siding , roof repair to complete tear off / installation - we have always had a great experience with them. They have been around since 1959, so they have decades upon decades of experience. Their professionalism is unparalleled. I will never use another roofing company besides them ! Wish I could leave 10 stars - because they certainly have earned it! Had a chimney removed and the roof replaced. The roof leaked after 15 months and I was not receiving calls back after leaving messages. I contacted my original roof installer and they fixed the issue and made me aware of the correct way to repair.Service: Roof repair

Andy and Rick came out to look at my roof, Same day. Andy got on the roof and checked it out as Rick sent a crazy little drone up to take pictures. They sent the pics with an estimate promptly and getting my roof done this week. It's great with the pictures as I was able to see what they were talking about with the issues. 1st class guys!

Called and left a VM requesting help with some roofing repairs. "Dave" called me and said he's the person who does the repairs. Scheduled an appt. with me for last Saturday at 8am. He never showed up and never called me to reschedule. Called the main # and left them another message. No response. "Dave" called me this morning. Said his "defibrillator went off" on his way from the supply store so his car was towed? No explanation of why he didn't call me before now. Frankly he sounds like he shouldn't be up on roofs to begin with. Let him know I had called the main # twice and no one called me back. Said "Jerry" (owner?) is in Florida so can't call customers back! Jerry, sounds like you need to get a better handle on what your workers are doing/not doing and provide some customer service/follow-up. Under the circumstances I'll keep looking for another company to repair my roof.

Spoke to owner in Florida, who then had his guy Andy call. Andy then called and got some details and said he would call me back after the weekend. Its been a whole week he never called back. I just dont trust contractors that dont stick to their word on even simple things...
