Victor from GSD did an amazing job finding the right products for my small project. He worked with me to find a color for my gutter needs that matched my home. He then sourced the product and scheduled my install. The crew that came out was on-time and very polite. They did the job quickly and accurately. They left no mess for me to clean afterwards. This was a very positive experience for my small job. The price was also very fair. I have already recommended GSD to some of my neighbors for work that they need on their homes. This is the second time we reached out to Victor and GSD Construction Services. About a year ago they did some new gutter installation for us and we were very pleased with their work and the result.This time we had some new gutters and downspouts installed and others replaced. Victor was very professional, offered alternative solutions and was fair with his pricing. The GSD crew were efficient, thorough and cleaned up. I needed a new roof, Stephen came out the same day I called and quoted the new roof at what I felt was a fair price. Didn’t hound me after quote was provided, gave me time to look / think things over. Went ahead and scheduled the roof install with GSD. No long lead times or issues scheduling. Called GSD for a gutter project. Bottom line the entire experience was very professional and timely. From the start Stephen made the experience easy. On the sight visit he walked me through his recommendations and clearly explained the proposed solution. During the install he even asked my approval from an ascetics point on how the gutter looked before permanently installing it. Watch out! Do not initials on iPad! Report to District Attorney Office for unfair deceptive practice. Your initials are a contingency and not to just negotiate prices with insurance as they told me. I doubt they have even told anyone it is a contingency at all! That is deceptive and illegal.If you don’t want to move forward with them- sign their work contract- that is when they tell you what you put your initials on and threaten collections putting you under duress to sign their contract.After putting my initials on the ipad to negotiate prices with insurance- or so I thought, my next visit was when they were to show up for the inspections. I had to remind them to even show up. They showed up after he was done, not on time. "Telling me to stall them tell he could get here". In fact there was many mistakes including 10 windows, not 5 and 4 that needed new seals. Wrong garage door sizes ect. They have never inspected my entire home or reviewed ins. said damages for errors or review.Next they send a work order/ contract that they sent electronically. I needed to sign the insurance check over to them and sign. Who signs a entire insurance checks without even knowing what materials for work is to be done? I told them this. Red flag!The contract-see pic; It excluding all other work to be performed (garage doors, gutters, windows, ect, but wanted the entire money from the insurance included my deductible. It was told to me on several inquiries with them even at one point offered they may be able to cut me a check back for my deductible if I signed. YEA RIGHT...When I didn't want to sign, I was made aware that they me initial a contingency. I have stated this consistently, in conversations, emails, Better Business. They then used it to inflict duress for to sign or pay the 20% contingency of around $8000 for travel and work done... ( See pics)My basement finishing, they are alluding to that I am trying to avoid paying my deductible to use on the basement is not true; I totally did not want to have to pay 8200 deductible, who would. But the basement drywall was only delayed and got done with my reputable contractors 2 months later after paying my deductible on garage doors, paint , windows, hvac. All the work they excluded.I also have a open home equity line on credit I had for 6 months. All of which they were aware of.I did try to work with them, even after the fact to avoid collections. Its a roof. There were to send me a contract only for the roof for my contract lawyer to review. Never received. (SEE PIC of latest discussion)MY home ins. adjuster called them in August to submit an estimate. They submitted for entire scope of work with a few photos from my free inspection; the same work they excluded on first contract stating to me, it didn't pay enough- . This included like over 50,000 dollars including a entire new gutter system. I have the letter Progressive sent back to them. (See PIC:) Trust me I got a phone call. This is there negating with insurance. They keep wanting to start the job and then force insurance to pay I guess is what that try to do. Totally not standard practice or professional.It has been 4 months. After this review I posted, I received a VM admitting wrong, apologizing, telling me of discipline actions . ... And all I had to do is take down this review. I gave them a few days and I notice their reply is up, not telling the truth again.I wish I Could post all the emails, but I think you get the point.

Let's state the obvious; gutters aren't sexy. But they're an absolute necessity. After years of dealing with undersized, improperly installed gutters I "bit the bullet." I reached out to five leading firms, and from the first interaction with Stephen, I knew GSD would be hard to beat. After my due diligence, I choose GSD due to its fair price and unique approach. When installation day came, GSD did not disappoint. The installers, Dave and Jeff, were on time, highly competent and accommodating. They worked hard during extreme heat and got the job on time. A week later, a massive storm came through, and my GSD gutters crushed it. No more crawling on the roof with a leaf blower. Hire these guys. You'll be happy you did!Service: Gutter installation

Victor came to my home to inspect my gutter that was overflowing from rain. There was a dent in the gutter and plenty of leaves. He said the gutter could be repaired and recommended a Bulldog Gutter Guard. He gave me a prompt and fair quote. Danny and Marvin, who did the work, were excellent. They straightened the gutter and cleaned out all the leaves and debris. Then they installed the gutter guard. They also cleaned up very well when finished. I contracted with GSD to do a complete gutter replacement from a previous botched contractor who filed for bankruptcy. Stephen came out the day after I called to look the job over and give me an estimate. We talked about current problems, and reconfiguring some spouts. Stephen took it in and was happy to take the pictures and layout of what I wanted and supplied. I had 4 other companies come out and GSD even matched the medium level bid I was going to take. They offered a 10% discount for cash, and matched ny existing sifts and facia very nicely.The workmanship was nothing more that stellar. Work was done 100% to my liking. Jeffrey McKee and David Page were hard workers despite the 100 degree heat the 2 days they were here. They kept me in the loop every step of the way from birds nest they found to showing me why the original gutter in back was leaking into a kitchen window.In addition to this I also had them install gutter guards on all gutters. I got a steal for about 3K, and have already been asked by several neighbors how the job was. I would recommend GSD for any construction needs. Alfonso came out because I had a length of my gutter that would always overflow in heavier rain even though I cleaned it shortly before. He diagnosed the issue being the downspout guards and suggested installing gutter guards for the length of gutter that collects the most debris. He gave me an estimate on the spot and followed up later with a written one. Gammal Diaz was referred to me by a family friend. He came, inspected and measured and was gone within 20 minutes. Zero contact necessary. Had a appointment with them for repair/replacing gutter/downspouts, the appointment was for 1pm they called me at 5 minutes to 2pm and said sorry me missed the appointment want to reschedule. After the waste of one day already I said not to bother. This deal was a homeadvisor thing. About two hours later homeadvisor sent a email asking how my appointment went and left a number to call if things didn't go well, I called the number and more wasted time, was left on hold for more than five minutes. Needless to say I won't be using or recommending either company in the future.
