This company is THE BEST!!! I cannot praise them enough or it'll be too long and y'all won't read it! I'm just so grateful that I found Innovative Home Concepts because they were beyond amazing! This was such a huge thing for me and my family and from connecting with Rose to working with Scott who has gone above and beyond in every way to help us and Toby coming out and James as PM and the lightening fast fabulous crew that took 3 days to beautifully transform by 2350 sf home if has been a dream come true! They could not have made things any easier for us. Always available for anything you may need and at almost any time. Just amazing. Kevin did great getting us inspected and approved fast from a past hail storm we had in the area! We even got a few neighbors to get their houses inspected by Kevin too, he was very professional, honest and reliable! Toby and James came out to my home to have a look at damaged cedar siding, result of the dreaded woodpeckers. They gave me a fair quote for the work and kept me current with any wait time for materials. The final work is outstanding and matches the original siding perfectly. Seams flawless. Great follow up after job completion and always a friendly voice answering the phone when you call the main phone number. I would recommend them to a friend and use them again in a heartbeat.Hell, I'd even buy James dinner if I ever got the chance...he's just that good!

Innovative is definitely 5 stars! Kevin helped my parents with there insurance claim after a crazy hail storm. Kevin dealt with 100% of the insurance process and got our roof and gutters completely covered. Besides that portion Innovative Home Concepts did and amazing job on reroofing the house and our gutters work awesome! Will refer!

We had an avalanche caused by our solar panels which bent and broke the gutter on the second story of our house. The solar panel company agreed to reimburse us but we needed to get 3 quotes. I contacted 3 companies. The first one to respond and come out was Innovative Home Concepts. They were so thorough they actually went up to the second story just to get a visual and the damage and gave us options to repair or replace. The other two companies never gave that level of attention and 1 never came out to look at the house. They completed the work and we couldn’t be more satisfied.If you want a reliable company for your home’s needs, Innovative Home Concepts is the company you choose.

Innovative is the company to call if you need windows. We had ordered 3 windows from a contractor In April. Order was cancelled in October after numerous missed installation appoints and total ghosting from the owner. None of that from Innovative. We ordered windows and they were installed in about 8 weeks. Great service and communication. Give them a call for any of your window needs!

Our salesman, Scott Ross, went above and beyond for us! We got our roof, siding, gutters, screens, and even our deck restained, all from hail damage! Our front door was also in horrible condition from sun damage, so we had that replaced as well. Scott was there for us every step of the way and made sure everything that was being done was precise and done on time. Our house is now just beautiful, and we get tons of compliments from the neighborhood. I’ve been told by another company that I need to get my gutters replaced (on two different occasions). I never spend this kind of money without getting a couple quotes. Found Innovative through Google search, saw that they have been in business for almost 20 years and are located/based here in town. The ladies on the phone were nice and helpful and were able to squeeze in an appointment right before Christmas. Skyler came to the door a couple minutes early (if you’re not early you’re late 😏. Skyler was courteous, knowledgeable and I felt trustworthy. Not a whole lot of companies I do business with these days where the family comes out to the house. Skyler was knowledgeable and answered a ton of questions I had about all the “what ifs”. I’m waiting for one more quote but I’m pretty sure Innovative will be the company I go with.

We asked for recommendations for gutters for our new home and several people mentioned Nate Druml with Innovative Home Concepts. We got 3 estimates and his was the best! He was very professional and easy to work with. He brought color samples the first day and got us an estimate quickly. The work was completed not long after we made our decision to go with his quote. Innovative Home Concepts started work on my house 1 year ago and the issues are still not resolved. They subcontracted most if not all of the work out. I had water leaking from roof this winter. My gutters are leaking and very uneven, the bracket were not secured to the house. The siding is un even. AND NOW THEY PUT A LIEN ON MY HOME!!!Please everyone Beware... save yourself this headache and stay away from Innovative Home Concepts.*******Innovative has just replied to my review. Please post the pictures that you stated you have for comparison. No need to to reply if you have pictures that show your work from a simular angle*****

Honest and great company. I had a couple companies come out as I was told by my insurance agent. Kevin had come by and took a look at my roof and siding and explained there was no damage or at least enough to make a hail claim. He explained it would be a waste of everyone's time and it will most likely be bad for failed claims to be made. I had 2 other companies come out and insist they can get this roof covered by my insurance company. That threw up a red flag. I took Kevin's advice to hold off and got a quote for replacing my roof. Will be calling this company going forward.

A friend referred us to Kevin. We were concerned if we had storm damage due to the recent storm. Kevin came by and confirmed damage to the skylights, shingles, gutters and downspouts. As for the hassle of the claim, Kevin handled it all with the adjuster and got us all new gutters,skylights, and a whole new roof!! We virtually only needed to pick out our new roof and gutters throughout the process. They even took care of the permits! 5 star! Would def recommend!!

Oh man I can only give 5 stars, if I could I would give them more. I worked with Skyler he was with me the whole process, answering questions or any concerns I had. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer he always got me the answer. Which didn't happen often much cause Skyler knew his stuff and was very professional. Not to mention innovative is an amazing company! Ask for Skyler, he is the man!

I’d recommend staying away from this company. Started out well, came out because I was told I had roof damage by another contractor. Dylan took a lot of pictures confirmed I had damage and in fact had enough to warrant a roof replacement. Had their public adjuster contact me (Toby) and I filled out all the information and signed a bunch of documents and then radio silence. Nothing, to follow up no response from emails or messages, been several months. If you want customer services or an actual new roof I guess you have to go with another company.
