This is a father / son partnership. Initially, I hired the father to replace a water heater. He was fair and timely. However, when dealing with the son to install security cameras, I did not have a good experience. He was unprofessional, charged an exorbitant rate, and did not finish the work. I called the father to discuss the matter and he ensured me he would make things right the next day. I had paid the son in advance. Neither the father nor the son followed through on completing the job. So, my fiancé and I completed the security camera install ourselves.

They did a good job, I was glad he was able to get it done before winter. Good crew! A senior discount would have been nice. They need to learn how to do handrails though.
