I had a lot of hail, wind, tree damage to my roof from the last storm we had. I called JM and Garrett come out looked at it and came back when the insurance adjuster was here. This has been one of the smoothest experiences that I’ve had dealing with a contractor and State Farm. The very next day they showed up and replaced my entire roof. Very professional and they do a great job. I highly recommend them! Thanks again.

Garrett Graver, the salesman, responded to our call and was here in a timely fashion from the first inspection until it was completed. In addition, we had to move a couple satellite dishes and thus had to have them come back to patch in where they had been. I texted one evening recently that we had rain and within 15 minutes Garrett called me and within 1 hour Stephen, the owner, was here to patch in to avoid any damage and this was in the dark at around 9:30 pm. I have not seen or heard from this company since the day they installed and got paid for my new roof in May 2017. I have called many times and so has my insurance agent as we needed a paid copy of the invoice. One screen was torn during the installation and since they won’t return my phone calls I can’t even address that with them. Now I’ve been told by an inspector that the flashing around my chimney needs repaired ias it was not installed properly.Service: Roof installation
