I make 4 calls in 3 days trying to get a custom connection for a vent pipe. Last call I am told they don't want to be liable for not using factory parts even though I know they did the same for a local business. Now I am 3 days behind and will have to spend almost twice the cost of the hot water heater and waiting longer to get it done. Tell me up front first day and I would be good, don't make me keep calling. Very disappointed.

We needed a new furnace and AC unit for our residential home after our old furnace could no longer be repaired. Ashleigh was instrumental in sending an estimator to our home on the same day. In turn, Matt, provided Dave the particulars. He quickly prepared a very competitive bid. In short order, we placed our order with King-Lar. When the units came-in, Brian, Levi, and one other hit our doorstep exactly when they said they would start. It took two days to finish the project. The second day, like the first, the guys were at my doorstep exactly on time. When we expressed concerns about the noise level of the furnace blower, Levi returned a third day and made some tweaks to tame the blower noise. It's much improved now. After the New Years holiday, I reached out to Dave to make arrangements to have our Google Nest thermostat installed. The following day, Levi was at our house exactly on time to successfully install the Nest. The missus and I experienced nothing but exemplary service. Everyone from Ashleigh, Matt, Dave, Brian, Levi (and one other - I can't recall the name - sorry) was friendly, professional, prompt and fair. The quality of their work was equally fantastic. Honestly I can't thank the team at King-Lar enough for all they did for us. If you need residential furnace/AC work, don't overlook this great company. They're really good!

Always amazing. We use them quite often and they have replaced some other contractors of ours because they are always very responsive, courteous, and above all, do a great job and are very knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to have them come take care of any issue you may have.

My house's blower motor seized at 3:30am with outside temps below 0, gave these guys a call and had it fixed within 3 hours. I had to leave for work before the work was done and the tech was very accommodating. King-Lar is gonna be my first call next time I have an HVAC issue.

Great service! After a local storm took down power line and central air unit tries to kick on while using a generator, we were without a/c for 8 days. Every other HVAC shops were several days out. Contacted them on Monday the 3rd of June, and they were out the next morning. Rob did a wonderful job of troubleshooting the issue(s) AND repairing them immediately. All parts needed were in his van and readily available. Replaced a bad realy, 2 capacitors, and 1 contact on the outside unit. Very reasonable I believe for the superior quality if work completed. Only thing was he had to use my drill which I should have gotten a discount (😜)!If you are in need if high quality repair work to your central a/c and or HVAC, take my advice and give them a call, I know they'll be the 1st ones I contact if ever needed too again!

I thought that they would schedule a service person to come over possibly the following week. I wasn't ready for them to say that they could have someone over in thirty minutes.The tech came in looked over the problem, scratched his head for a moment, then went to work fixing the problem. He solved it from experience and not from text book. I was afraid I'd have to mortgage the place to pay for this level of experience. The bill was as much a shock as low as it was as the speed the job was completed. I am well satisfied. You can probably find someone cheeper but it won't be less expensive. If you don't understand that get back and I'll tell you all about it.
