Pat, and Jeff, from advanced roofing when they came and inspected my home went above and beyond, as being confined in a wheelchair I was not able to get around to see as much so they took individual pictures for me to show me and pointed out damage inside my house from my roof leak that I had not even seen Because I couldn’t get around easily. The workmanship and speed that they took Income completing the job was great. All the workers were fantastic especially on the cleanup I highly recommend these guys for any work you need done

Advanced Roofing did a roof tear-off and replacement for my townhome association. Our property is a commercial-sized building and they worked with us over an extended period of time to replace our roof and to repair damages within some of our units caused by roof leakage. We worked directly with Pete who was extremely attentive to our needs and took the time to guide us through every step of the process. He always told us what to expect and he delivered on everything he said he would do. There were some delays in our project due to COVID and the nationwide shortage of building materials; however during those times. Pete remained attentive and responded to any emergencies we had. He made temporary adjustments in the process until we got the materials for the permanent fix. The replacement of our roof is complete, however Pete is still available to address any questions we may have after the fact. This was a major project for us to take on and we learned so much working with Pete and the team. I had received the contact of Peter from Advanced Roof from a friend. And as it turns out to be, I would recommend him to all my friends. We had received two other quotes to replace the roof and we found ALR to be very competitive. A few days ago I called Peter because we had some damage to a couple of shingles. Peter sent a technician over the next morning and he quickly replaced the shingles which were damaged by squirrels.Advanced Team has replaced roofs for several neighbors and family members and all have been very satisfied. The Advanced Team replaced our roof and made other exteriors repairs due to wind damage. They did an amazing job and stayed on track with the schedule and budget. Peter was extremely professional to work with during this process. He was good in communicating with me and the insurance adjuster to make sure all necessary repairs were identified and understood. Staff was easy to work with, and did an excellent job replacing siding and roof after severe storm damage a few years ago. We've been very pleased with the end result. After another major wind storm causing minor damage just recently, they came out promptly for repairs and at no cost. Advanced General Construction Team is the best roofing company I've ever had the privilege of working with. I lost several shingles back in December 2021 due to strong winds and they came out in the middle of winter to repair and replace the lost shingles and they did an excellent job. Not only that, they spontaneously came to my house today (April 2022) for feedback and I told them that I recently lost another shingle. I have to tell you that Advanced Roofing is a top notch company from their professionalism to their customer service to their knowledge of roofing. Advanced roofing did our roof 4-6 years ago. During a wind storm we lost three shingles which I found on the ground. I contacted Peter that evening and he had someone at our house the next morning. Quality Products.When we realized our 25 year old roof had sprung a leak, my husband contacted Tim Crilly from Advanced Roofing Team Construction. Within a day, Tim sent someone over to repair the roof.Additionally, we realized we needed a new roof but had hoped to wait until the fall when our pool was closed. After talking it over with Tim, who reassured us his crew would be very careful while removing the old roof & installing the new GAF Roofing System, we decided not to wait. Tim was able to get a crew to our house within in a week and he was true to his word. The guys put tarps on our patio and over our garden and despite a windy day, not one piece of scrap ended up in our pool. This was truly amazing. (Our neighbors had their roof repaired last year by another company and we were still cleaning up scraps into summer of this year). Tim stopped by several times to ensure the crew had everything they needed and to ensure there weren’t any unforeseen problems.Overall, they were in and out in 1 day, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and we now have ourselves a beautiful new roof that won’t be springing any more leaks any time soon.We highly recommend you call Advanced Roofing Team Construction and ask for Tim Crilly! I can't say enough good things about Peter and his crew. When other roofing companies didn't feel confident working on my flat roof the guys from advanced roofing stepped up and their experience really showed.I've had other contractors working on my house and the guys at advanced roofing are the only ones that seemed professional. They came early every morning, cleaned up any mess that was made and finished the job in a timely fashion.When other roofers suggested quick patch jobs Peter went out of his way to tell me how it should be done right and made sure everything was done to code. We were on vacation when I received a text that there is a leak in our kitchen. We did not have any contact regarding roof repairs so I went on the internet and found Advanced Roofing. Getting an appointment to have them inspect our roof was very easy. Jay arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of our roof and attic. He explained what is going on and what needs to be done to make sure the leak is fixed properly. My wife and I agreed to continue with Advanced Roofing because they are very professional and I knew they would get the job done right. The repair of the roof went well and was finished immediately.
