Very professional, timely, reliable, helpful, patient, & always followed through.Adam Milewski, production manager- replaced roof- also incredible-thorough, crew worked fast, hard, & did a phenomenal job. Adam was very personable, answered all questions, professional, & his team was also very professional. The job was done in 3 days.I would recommended Liberty Restoration Group to anyone. It's definitely a 5 star company!! They worked on our behalf to get the insurance company to pay for the entire roof & gutter replacement. I decided to take a moment to write review because I feel those guys deserve a credit for their job. The office took care of the all paperwork. I had good communication with Danny during the initial meeting and follow ups. Special thanks to Adam and his crew. They did great job replacing the roof. It was done fast and neat. After a hail storm, I noticed a lot of my neighbors getting there roof inspected and repaired. I googled some reputable restoration companies and glad I found liberty restoration group. My main contact, Mark Kim was so great with work with. Was informative and stayed in communication throughout. I felt at ease knowing he had my best interest and knew how the ins and outs of how the insurance process goes. Roof removal and install was done all in one day! We got off to a rough start with both Liberty and my insurance company. HOWEVER, once this Liberty Team got involved, things moved very quickly: Ken Chapman, Jason Wheeler, Tom Ju, Adam, Casey, and Luis. There was constant communication among all parties involved. I was notified of all the dates and if changes needed to be made to the schedule. They all followed through on every promise.My roof was installed in 2 days! The entire crew was professional and friendly, and seemed to get along great—happy and proud of their jobs. They cleaned up so well, I had nothing to do afterwards. Plus, they put things back that we had moved out of their way!I really can’t say enough good things about how Liberty treated me and approached their work. It was as perfect as I could have imagined.Liberty installed roofs for 3 of my neighbors, and they all had excellent experiences. Jason showed up after a major storm in our area. I let him inspect the damage as I did most everyone who showed up after the storm. He was the most thorough and detailed. Most people only were looking for roof replacement but Jason looked at everything resulting in everything getting repaired. He worked with the insurance company and me to make sure everything was right for us. In construction repairing existing buildings always has some snags, he was there to make sure everything was done properly which I appreciate. His crews were timely polite and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

I had some major exterior damage to my home including the roof and siding. Liberty Restoration was there from start to finish and made the entire headache of a situation easy and manageable. They provided quality workmanship and even did all the talking with the insurance. After the job was done they didn't just disappear on me they actually sent out a field specialist for a quality assurance check up without me even asking. I'm glad I was able to find this company and trust them to repair my home

I highly recommend Liberty Restoration Group (Liberty) for your insurance restoration and roofing needs. I had them come out to inspect my roof after a major storm event to see if the damage warranted a claim through my homeowner’s insurance. They informed me that there was clear hail damage that could qualify.My insurance company offered the bare minimum for minor repairs that would have left my roof with a patchwork appearance. That's when Liberty showed the kind of company they are. They went ahead and replaced my roof and fought hard for me for over two years to help me get reimbursed for the cost! I do not know any company that would spend that much time and effort in fighting for what is best for their client. I had a different roofing company come out prior to Liberty and they backed down right away once they met the insurance inspector and saw that he was very “old school” in the way he did his inspections.Ron Kim, the Liberty representative who helped me with my project, was very professional and great to work with. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me all my roof options. He made me feel at ease with trusting Liberty in restoring my home.

I signed the contract back earlier this year. The contract doesn’t have a term date.Craig is the sales rep who is handling my case. My insurance already denied the claim and Craig said most likely it’s not possible. Which I totally understand.The reason for one star.. Craig is ignoring my calls. He always says he is busy but never calls. Andrews voicemail is full. Now I am stuck without a new roof and no end term date on the contract. Poor service. They answers my calls promptly only when they needed me to sign the contract and now they are completely ignoring my call. Please common courtesy to call customers and update

I needed a temp job for the summer as I have decided to go back to school at age 31. No one was looking to hire a summer temp, and the ones who were looking to hire didn't meet my standards of acceptable business practices and working with integrity. I ran a martial arts school for many years and integrity to me is a very important trait of a business. Liberty Redtoration Group definitely has that. I am currently recommending them to go look at my father's home and business because I know they provide quality work without cutting any corners because everyone here understands when it comes to your home or business there is no short cuts and quick fixes.
