I was sold the whole package from Jae Park - charming made a lot of promises and did NOT deliver. I have him my insurance money to fix my roof and signed on to get my siding and gutters done. Getting my roof finished was like pulling teeth. The crew didn’t show up so we needed to reschedule The job to another day another week. My siding and gutters, never finished because I was told his crew left for the season so I needed to wait until spring. He has my materials and now tells me that in order for him to get his crew up and running I need to secure work for him in my area first. WTH. He’s a cheat, he’s a crook and he is not to be trusted.*UPDATE AFTER INVESTIGATION .....I am not trying to be petty I am trying to protect the next customer from dealing with what I did. The text I received after reaching about the 3rd time regarding getting my job completely follows .....-If I can get some referrals and new projects, i can definitely get the ball rolling faster and gather crews to get the work done.-Hi Jaime, as I mentioned before I would need jobs to get the crews together and at the moment we dont have any work so we are trying to get going but it's not too promising.I also needed to request/demand that I keep the amount of money I paid for my materials as seen in the text I sent after I was told the job would be delayed until spring 2020 because his crew left ....-Regardless, I would like for you to finish this job. But I am skeptical. I want to believe that you will come back and finish the job that I am paying for, that we planned, that I had to talk my husband into your company doing for us, but at this point I don't trust you. You had three crews show up to do the siding and none of them wanted to do it. I understand it's a large job, but what happens if come spring I still am unable to get it finished with your company. I am more than willing to sign something assuring you the job, and the final payment. I don't understand why anyone would want to take a lien on my house when come spring everyone will get paid accordingly when the job is finished. I have paid you $14,923.63 in total as of today. I am happy to send you the remaining of your payment but will deduct the cost for my siding, $6500 and the gutters and downspouts plus the labor which equals to $1608.77 according to the invoice you sent to the insurance.

What a company! You talk about cutomer service... they define it. Jae, James, and Mr. Moon were an absolte pleasure to deal with not to mention the other workers as well). Friendly, courteous, and hard working! What more can you ask for when having work done on your house (your pride and joy)??!! Great quality work and highly recommended!!
