We've had Perfect 10 come out twice now and have loved the work they did on both occasions. They fixed our downspouts that were knocked off by bad weather and secured them.More recently they re-built our porch posts and added additional support for our sagging canopy. I highly recommend Perfect 10 exteriors, They did a roof tear-off for me last month and my experience was near perfect which is hard to come by. I really enjoyed working with Javier and Adriana, you can tell they are passionate and truly care about the quality and detail of their work. After multiple bids and a long process of deciding which roofing company to go with, it was a no-brainer to go with Perfect 10. They came in and got the job done, and they worked with me as I added some changes to the job.They were truly fantastic and I really hope as you evaluate other companies you will notice that no company will give you the reassurance and time that they provide. They came out multiple times to look at the work and talked through my options. They were clear with their method and process and most of all were very reasonable with the pricing. It's important to really vet your options because replacing a roof is not cheap, do your homework and you'll see how Javier and his team are the best people to take on the job. I would highly recommend Perfect 10 Exteriors to anyone. Working with Javier, Adrianna, Pedro and the entire team was a great experience from the very start. The team was very professional, easy to work with, and had excellent quality of the job. We had our siding done on an addition to the house. The team was very flexible and came by for the initial quote and assessment and were able to break down the project piece by piece so that all the different options that could be done for the project were listed out individually. This was extremely helpful as it showed us all the options for our project while also letting us see what areas were important to us within our Budget. It also showed us additional options that we could consider in the future. We never felt pressured to do additional work. The team always went above and beyond , even helping fix an old wire on my roof, saw one of my gutters was clogged so they cleaned it out, as well as installing a new outdoor light fixture onto the new siding all for free. Showed how they go above and beyond and their professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rain water dripped down my kitchen cabinet during a storm. I called Javier, who was very courteous, made and kept an appointment to assess the situation. He gave me two options to fix the leak on my 13 year old roof - either reseal the leaking area (around an antenna on the roof) or remove the antenna and replace any affected shingles. I chose the later. He went out of his way to obtain the matching shingles, and came to do the repair on the day and time promised.I was impressed by his honesty. He did not ask for a deposit, nor did he try to upsell me. I highly recommend Perfect 10 Exteriors.

Perfect 10 Exteriors is a diamond in the rough. I had called a dozen companies in regards to getting siding placed on my garage and was not impressed with their customer service. I came across Perfect 10 Exteriors, a family business locally owned in Des Plaines. Javier was very knowledgeable and has 20 years' experience doing siding and roofing. I was so impressed with his customer service and patience in explaining what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and was very reasonably priced. Javier used quality products and wanted to make sure that the siding on garage will last. The siding also came with a lifetime warranty, which put me at ease. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs siding and roofing because they do exceptional work. My ugly and outdated garage from the 1950s looks brand new because of Javier and his team's hard work and attention to detail.
