I had major construction on the outside of my house last year. They did a complete front porch rebuild, siding, soffit and fascia and gutters. They did the whole job in 6 days. The house looks fantastic. The employees were extremely professional and courteous. I can't say enough how completely satisfied I am with this company. The job seemed okay. However four years later we are getting leaks in one of the same spots we had been, every time it rains, including damage to some panel wood on a wall.The worst of it is very poor communication and customer service after the job is done. I called almost three weeks ago to discuss and was told I'd get a call back the next day. Nothing for over two weeks. I called again three days ago and left a voicemail. No return call. I called today in the middle of the day and straight to voicemail again.Will update if anything changes but for now I'd suggest you avoid this company.UPDATE: they cut corners and failed to install necessary material that would have prevented the leak. Didn't fully replace the roof like they were supposed to. Costing me $500. After months of trying to talk to them (not even requesting anything free), including their VP, they still never communicated with me.AVOID but especially for roofing

The work they did which was a county insurance job was sketchy and hack work at best. They cant even tell me the floorong they put down in the home that way I can match it in the rest of the house. False promises over the phone no calls back. They just came in for money and hit the road. Super unprofessional
