I had the opportunity to change our roof with GND CONSTRUCTION. through out the process, Mr. Miguel Diaz was the perfect man for the perfect job, he was in touch with me informing me about every step of the process, made easy for me to understand from A to Z, he was helpful in every aspect of the roof changing and the interior fixing,I appreciated him great deal. Every time I need work done I reach out to Miguel with GND Construction. Miguel always works with us to make sure I get what I want. Recently we had gutters installed and I couldn’t be happier. The crew is always pleasant and accommodating. I’ve already referred them to many people in the Elk Grove area. However they go everywhere! Here are some photos. Hello everyone, I want to say some good things about a company who made sure to make me feel that my needs would be properly addressed, when I met a Efren Gutierrez he came across as a person who would meet my needs and showed to be a person who would follow up on all decisions made. And true to what I am saying about him. He fulfilled everything that I needed when it came to the work that was done by, GND Construction he was a attentive to any phone call and assured me with every phone call The things that would take place and how so it was. I also want to say that the people who did the roof work were very very hard workers to accomplish all the work As well as the people who did the siding Were attentive to detail to do the work at a professional format. Edgar was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the quality of the 50 year roof. He was also very easy to contact when new questions occurred to me.In addition, the new roof has provided better insulation than I thought possible. My 2 previous roofs may have prevented water leaks, but had no insulation quality at all. Now, my thermostat is set to a lower setting because I am no longer paying to "heat the sky". Granted, we have not had a cold winter thus far, but know for sure that my roof is already reducing my gas bill. If for no other reason than that, contact Edgar because the quality of the roof provides better insulation for your house. Thanks Edgar for all your help.
