Recently had to fly into town to help my sister after a medical emergency, a neighbor had recommended Nu Gen and specially Frank the owner, within 8 hours he came to the house, provided a quote and scheduled the carpet and upholstery cleaning for an appointment 15 hours later, reasonably priced, in 4 hours he had my sisters carpets and sofas looking completely brand new, very impressive response time, quality of work and honestly just one of the kindest persons that I’ve met.
