These guys did an amazing job from the first visit and consultation to the very end of the job. They worked to provide a thorough estimate and worked directly with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Scott Michaels was super responsive to all questions and concerns and followed through on any issues. My job included Roof, Gutters, Vinyl Siding, Aluminum Trim, Facia, Soffits and a new garage door. All of the crews did an excellent job and were very considerate of our property and landscape. Everything is 100% transparent and they went above and beyond to get us the best products and value for our home. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend them for any of your exterior needs. These guys are the real deal !!

Scott Michaels and the team from Pro-Resto were a pleasure to work with! Be it working through the claim process, picking out the materials for the roof, scheduling and keeping an install date, completing the work in a single day, it could not have been any smoother. As you can see from the photo, we have many plants around our home, this was a concern for us. The install team did a great job in preparing the job site before they started (plywood set up around garage door, large windows), tarps draped from the gutters to the ground (past the plants), not a single plant was damaged. The install team also took great care in cleaning up around the home when the work was complete. The new roof looks amazing. I would not hesitate to (and have) recommend them.

We contacted Pro-Resto after a recommendation from a neighbor and after the recent tornados and storms. They were friendly, efficient and very helpful with dealing my insurance and answering our many questions. The workmen arrived early, set up and got to work.My roof on my home was completed on time, they were careful to move or cover all things that could not be moved, they cleaned up quickly and did a great job. The roofs look amazing. You won't be disappointed...Give them a call!

Pro-Resto is exactly the kind of company with which you want to do business. From start to finish, the process was professional and simple. All insurance matters were handled flawlessly. The siding and roof installation were excellent. Great attention to detail, and little flourishes that upgraded the look of my home. Undoubtedly my home's value just went up! I know the roofing business well through my best friends but, I chose Pro-Resto over them because of the quality of work and professionalism Pro-Resto’s representative Scott Michaels displayed. The whole process went pretty smooth. Jennifer was very responsive and explained everything to me. Jen and Brandon from Pro-Resto did an excellent job managing my hail damage insurance claim. Brandon was on-site the morning the insurance adjuster visited, making sure to highlight all the damaged areas. He was very diligent, and gathered more photos that successfully added items to the claim that the adjuster had missed.My roof has solar and I wanted to make sure all the solar parts would remain under warranty after the reinstall. Pro-resto was able to discuss in great specificity how the process would go. Pro-resto coordinated with my original installer Ilumen Solar for the work and they were able to minimize my solar down time to only 1.5 weeks.The tear off and replace went very smooth. Jen gave us a great suggestion for the new roof color. Pro-Resto's crew was efficient and made sure my family could safely enter/leave the home as needed. I asked the crew to try and be diligent with cleaning up roofing nails. They ran a magnet sweeper over the walkways, but the grass still had quite a few. A half hour of looking diligently was enough to find the extras.Insurance also replaced our gutters, but we wanted to have the house painted first. Brandon made sure we didn't have the gutters installed until the painting work was finished. Immediately after the painting work was done, the gutter crew came out. They did a really excellent job and the home is looking the best it ever has.Thanks Brandon and Jen for handling our home so well. You were very patient with my endless list of questions and texts. My family and I are so happy with the results!

Besides the roof looking great, they surrounded the house with drop cloths to catch anything that might fall off the roof. Then they did multiple sweeps around to clean up any little bits that may have been left after the drop cloths were removed. All in all fast and efficient.

So far, the roof looks good! Jen has been my main Pro-Resto point of contact and she has been excellent in keeping me apprised, working with my insurance company, etc. Brandon has also been part of the Pro-Resto duo that worked with the insurance company adjusters. I would rate five stars, but it has only been three weeks since the roof was installed. Customer service to date, has been very good! My thanks to Jen for her quick response to questions.

I met with a salesman from the company who did an assessment of hail damage to my home. He found that there was damage to the frames around the windows and damage to the roof of our sunroom. He provided a quote and said that he could provide the services to fix the damage. He stated that the next step would be to call the insurance agent together and start the claim. I got back to him a couple of days later and told him that I wanted to proceed with the project and was ready to call the insurance company with him. He later responded with a text that we could talk on the upcoming Monday and asked if I had a particular time. I responded with a time but did not hear back from him until Monday passed. We finally did schedule a time for the next week. He never did show up for our scheduled time and did not call me to explain. I texted him to see what happened. He called several hours later to say that he showed up at a house of a person with a similar name. He then went on to say that he couldn't provide the services anyway because the company didn't have the incentive to fix these types of problems. My irritation comes from the fact that he told me he could do the work in the first place. I would have been fine if he said that the work was outside of the scope of the company. He wasted my time. Additionally, he said that my insurance company was hard to work with and that was the second reason they didn't take the job. Again, I told him the name of my insurance at the first point of contact. Why didn't he tell me up front that this was not going to work? I am very disappointed, especially given that the person who installed my solar panels, who I liked very much and was highly responsive, recommended this company.
