This company is the best I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time. I know that may not be saying much these days, but Elite Exteriors really does live up to their name. Marcel is very professional, always answers calls and texts or calls back promptly. Our roof and gutters were installed quickly and the job leaves nothing to be desired. Elite Exteriors was great. Initially we called due to roof piece flying off in a storm last year. They were able to come out immediately, fixed it and then when I replaced the roof the next summer they applied the fix cost to the replacement cost. Next winter our awning fell - the matched the siding and had if fixed in no time. They have been great!!

Elite Exteriors assisted with the insurance claim and once approved, I hired them to do a rear off roof and install new shingles. The work was completed professionally, in timely manner, cleaned and hauled all debris. They also did paperwork for the village permit. Highly recommend Elite Exteriors to do your Roof!!

Elite did a great job fixing the storm damage on our house! Our siding was discontinued and the color was very hard to match, but they were able to find it! Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!

I don’t usually write reviews, but wanted to help others who are looking for a great roofing company. We were very skeptical about getting a new roof through insurance after sustaining hail and wind damage to our 26 year old roof. From the moment we met Maya, who reassured us of the process and kept us up to date every step of the way, to the owner who was here for the inspection, to the installation and completion of our new roof and gutters…my husband and I are beyond thrilled. I would like to thank everyone on the "Elite Exteriors" team. Any calls I made were immediately returned. It was a relief to talk to someone and not an answering machine. I didn't know that a company like "Elite" even exist. One phone call and I was relieved of the tedious job. I would have been looking for qualified roofers, getting estimates, dealing with more then one roof company for sure. Any communication I would have with contractors was now left to "Elite". Our family highly recommends Elite Exteriors for your roofing needs.Our roof was leaking inside our bedroom closet.We called Elite, spoke to Kevin and Miko, explained our situation, they had a full day but squeezed us in early the next morning. The crew arrived at 7:45, examined the exterior of the roof and interior walls of the closet and bedroom. They explained the damage, gave an estimate with options and time frames for completion.
