Such a nice friendly team for help. I contacted Raymonds Roofing Company for my roof repair. Within couple days of my first contact John shows up for free estimate. After estimate I call office for Shannon to schedule repair. John shows up at the scheduled time for repair along with a helper person. They did repair work and John was pretty sure this would stop roof leaks if not than just call them back. I am impressed by his work ethics at customer site, and guy at back office for support. The whole process was easy and smooth. I just love this team. Thank you!

Second time we hired Raymonds Roofing Company.They showed up on time and explained all the details about the jobs and gave me a very reasonable and competitive estimate. The whole project was started and finished within the time as promised. Service and craftsmanship was excellent. Project Manager even contacted me afterwards, making sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely hire them in the future.

Called them to come to my property to fix a gutter issue and do a few other minor repairs. We scheduled and rescheduled FOUR times and each time it was a no show with no prior communication. They told me the manager was working on it now and promised they would show up at 8 am sharp. No show again today. Totally unprofessional and complete disrespect of my time. Also talked me into getting a yearly “membership” for $149 just to give quotes, otherwise they charge for that too. Needless to say, I’ve cancelled my membership and will not be working with them again.

I scheduled a repair with their call center after explaining the job thoroughly. I’m a contractor so I had a good idea what needed to be done.Their technician called me about 20 minutes prior to their arrival letting me know he was on his way, and it was downhill from there. The technician was rude, vulgar, and flat out insulting. He looked for two seconds and just said “we’re passing”. When I called him he said it was my fault for being on the situation and I would have to take care of it on my own.I was so confused. I didn’t understand the attitude.I called the company that sent him out and they said a supervisor would get back to me. Nobody has.Service: Roof repair

Maybe this was a fluke but it's all I have to go by. I called Raymond's Roofing and was told someone would be able to come out and provide an estimate that day between 4 and 6 pm. The cost was $150. I said ok. At 6:10pm, the estimator called and explained he had a rough day, it was hot and would, if ok with me, come out the next day between noon and 2:00. Almost 2 weeks later, we still haven't heard from them. No phone call, . nothing. I did get an email with a work order so they know how to contact me.I'll cut them some slack as there's the Covid thing going on, but in the meantime, I'll find another company to do the work.

We seriously needed a new roof. John gave us a quote right away and they were able to squeeze our project in right away. It was done right and on time 2 days , in and out! Great experience and very professional!
