They removed old roofing and installed approximately 3600 square feet of architectural- shingle roofing. I interviewed numerous roofing company and received multiple proposals. Paul, the owner of Top Property Services, personally walked over the roof, taking precise measurements. He discussed the process of removal and installation, showed us various shingle options, and provided a readily understandable written proposal.
