A squirrel had gotten into my soffits, I contacted JB&D and spoke with Ariel who has extremely helpful. She sent out Russell the Manager of JB&D to help me. After this process started my Husband became ill and passed away. The order was placed and the crew showed up within a week. The crew was lead by Olvin the Forman were all extremely respectful Every single person who came out to My home was caring and respectful of my situation. . I would highly recommend JB& D.

I met Russell to start this process we started with windows and ended up doing window and siding both, next I met Cameron and his crew. The crew was excellent and did an outstanding job. They did windows and siding at my two story home. I love my windows and my siding both. The house built in 1905 and needed all of these repairs, I would recommend JB&D to anyone who needs repairs done. I have had multiple complaints on my house. I feed them homemade cookies and coffee daily for their efforts. I enjoyed the process and the people.

We're very happy with the windows, and Cameron is top-notch. So were the boys that were working with him that day. They got seven windows installed in one day. There was bit of a snafu which I understand that happens, but the communication is what made me give them two stars.

Cameron Louden came out today and serviced my windows. I bought these in 1996 with a 'lifetime warranty' from JB&D. 4 windows required repairs that he completed. After 26 years, the company is standing behind their installation. Parts break during 25+ years of ordinary use. Even well made and well installed windows will have an internal mechanism fail over this many years. JB&D has been out to the house every few years fixing them. I completely respect their integrity and work they do standing behind the lifetime guarantee!

I used JB&D Siding and Windows to replace original windows in my 1942 home as well as the siding. Russ came to the appointment prepared with his best offer. He was excellent at helping me decide what colors to go with on the outside . He's super informative and knowledgeable about the history of the homes and neighborhoods . I couldn't have chose better. He was extremely flexible when I had to decide not to move forward on the garage part of the deal. I would consider myself a high maintenance customer quite frankly and Russ was always available by being responsive to any of my calls or text messages . Cameron and his team first installed windows. It was unbelievable how quickly they were able to remove my old windows and install the new.Within 8 hours, unbelievable. They were so nice they cleaned up everything super friendly. After the windows were done the siding team came and within a day and a half my house looked brand new. I was a bit hesitant to move forward with JB&D due to the reviews that I read. But I brought them to Russ's attention and he was able to satisfy my concerns and I chose to move forward and boy am I glad I did. I'm going to be using them again in the future to finish up my garage portion of my home as well as an install of a front porch.Service: Remodeling

Russell Ruey and his team did fantastic on our midcentury ranch in the country with new windows. Friendly fast service and the crew cleaned up everything, like they were never there. Very poor customer service Aug 28th I got an estimate to do The Gutter Helmet.I was informed that since I had a metal roof they would need a special bracket to do the install. They wanted to do the job within 2 weeks. I told them i would be out of town the latter part of Sept. Never heard from them until someone in the office noticed the account wasn't closed out. I told them they never did the work. I received a call from the sales person saying the brackets were on back order because of the hurricane. Oct 8th got a call saying the brackets would be in on Friday they would call me Monday to install the the helmets that week. No call. Oct 28th got a call saying they could come the next day that didn't really work for me but i thought if not tomorrow who knows when? I get home on Tuesday and no work was done. Called the company and was told they didn't have the right ladder. The sales person mentioned they would need a special ladder because of the slope of my yard and being 2 stories on one side. Did that vital information not get past on to the workers? Was told they would be back the next day I really doubted this because it was supposed to snow. When they did not come back I received a call informing me that my roof had to high of a pitch and that couldn't walk the roof to do the install and the brackets wouldn't work without building out the gutters. I really don't understand my roof has not changed since August. I really hope they make things right by getting my refund check to me in a timely manner but I'm not holding my breath. Nov 14th is 10 business days.

Shoddy work, 6 months and job not finished. Impossible to get ahold of.small siding job, was told 4 to 6 weeks. Going into month 7, general manager, Russ Ruey has full inbox so cant leave messages. Keep getting the run around. They were happy to take our 8k. It's very frustratung. This is not a reliable company, no customer service, promises not kept.Service: Remodeling

We got our roof replaced last November by jb&d but we still can’t get them to send us a warranty certificate. We have contacted sales rep. Russell Ruey multiple times in regard to this but still no help. Can anyone assist us?

Their sales tactics were not appreciated. They also took them out of the running for our windows. Unneeded pressure tactics shouldn't be used especially if you can rely on your products reputation.
