Building quality was good, no complaints there. Some design details from drafter not communicated to project manager. (Or so the PM claims.) Punchlist not completed, we took care of it ourselves. Worst part was the attempt to bill a change order 2 months after completion of the building. You would think a company that's been around as long as Greiner would know better. Owner got upset and started making threats to me because his project manager on the building isn't taking acccountability for his mistakes.

Building great. Job done well.Only wish they could have cleaned up there mess.We had to discard all the cardboard boxes, metal scraps and boards.They even left their sign.
