We used Bradley Marshall on two separate occasions.First, for a general roof inspection along with replacing the gutters with a more appropriate size for the potential volume of water that can come off the roof, as well as fixing the roof exhaust fan. During this time, I felt like Brad was the only one being truly honest about whether the roof itself needed any work (it didn't need any work at that time, was still in decent enough condition) and his team did a great job replacing the gutters and fixing the fan. They also made a few custom pieces to better direct the flow of water on the roof away from a specific spot that could spill over and they look great.The second time I contracted Brad was after a severe hail storm that caused roof damage. He said he believed it would take a day, no longer than two days, to fully replace the roof (shingles, flashing and carpentry to fix any damaged wood). From 8 am to 6 pm, a good sized crew was able to complete all the work in a single day. Brad also installed a ridge vent that I requested so I wouldn't have to worry about the fan in the future.All of my experiences with Brad's company have always been positive and his prices have been competitive. We were very happy with the work done by Brad's company. His crew showed up on time and in force to replace our roof. It only took them about 6 hours to tear off the old shingles and replace with new. Brad offered a competitive quote and the quality of the job is great. It is a better installation than the original roof. He was always timely in responding to my questions back when I was investigating contractors. He quoted us in the fall but the work was done in the spring and there were no extra fees or surprise charges. His crew did a terrific job at clean up too. I couldn't find any bits of shingle or stray nails left behind. Overall it was a pleasure doing business with him.Service: Roof installation

We had brad do a routine repair. Took several attempts to get him scheduled. The work failed and the roof leaked the winter. He came back and said he would inspect and repair but won’t follow through or return a call despite his pledge to come back. Lack’s follow through and commitment to his work.Service: Roof repair

We had our Libertyville roof replaced by Brad and his crew in June 2021. I'm very glad we chose him. At a time of great inflation on building materials, he was the only roofer who stood by his quote from February 2021, and we really appreciated that. Brad got the job done very quickly, and his crew was VERY diligent to clean up everything around the outside of the house - I never found so much as a roofing nail or piece of old shingle anywhere. We were out of town when the work was being done, during a spell of hot dry weather, and Brad even watered our flowers for us! A great local business, one I'm very happy to support. Brad came out and gave a very competitive quote, worked with me throughout the whole process of adding a new roof, replacing skylights, and adding gutters. Made sure I was happy every step of the process. His crew was great with a thorough clean-up at the end. There were no surprise charges and I was billed exactly what I was quoted.
