Excellent experience! Raphael does absolutely beautiful masonry & Brian does beautiful carpentry they make the perfect team to reface a fireplace. They are kind, skilled and professional. They also clean up nicely each day and have sealed room in plastic so dust does not spread. I’m very grateful for the wonderful work they have done.

I would highly recommend Lindemann Chimney. They recently relined my chimney with a stainless steel liner and installed a gas log set. My chimney was in bad shape and we had just removed a non-working gas insert system installed by a competitor. The Lindemann staff was extremely friendly, professional and walked me through the process. Pricing was competitive and installation process went well. We have a couple other projects and will be using them in the future.

Thomas did a great job installing our water heater. It was not working as well as we would like. Thomas came out the next business day and checked on the unit and installed a separate disconnect for free. I will be giving them more business in the future.

Lindemann Chimney was great! The service person arrived on time and he cleaned and serviced our gas fireplace that had not been cleaned in 22 years. It looks brand new and is working very well. He took the time to explain what he did to clean the unit and what we need to do to keep it in good condition, as well as what limitations and life expectancy we might face over the next few years given the age and style of the unit. He was very professional, neat and efficient. I would definitely use Lindemann again each year to maintain and/or replace our fireplace. Thank you for the great service.

Lindemann had outstanding customer service. Their “in home” estimating process took me step by step for the potential project. Their fireplace insert software is extremely intuitive and showed me in detail how the insert would look as it’s being built “virtually”. The install crew was polite and used clean fabric tarps to keep my home clean as they worked. Great attitudes, smart workers. I love my new Valor fireplace insert and Lindemann did a fantastic job. I called Lindemann when the company the previous owner used said “our systems are down and we can’t schedule anything until Monday”. This was a Tuesday. Beatta was so kind and helpful troubleshooting with me. I did need a service call to get the fireplace igniter going and Beatta was able to schedule it very quickly so I could turn on my fireplace for my open house. Nick came and got it going as well as rearranged the logs to make a prettier flame. He was very knowledgeable and professional - and nice. It’s Lindemann all the way for me from now on!

I highly recommend Lindemann Chimney! Nick was great when he came out to inspect my chimney. He was very honest and thorough and let me know what he was doing the whole time. He showed me the pictures of what he found and explained what needed to be done. Since I live in a townhouse, I went through the paperwork process to get approval to get the work done. I then had Lindemann start the process to replace the chase top. My HOA had just had the roof replaced on our townhouses as well as the chase tops on the chimneys which they did not tell me about. As soon as I found out that the chase tops were already being replaced by my HOA, I called Lindemann and talked to Paula. I was pretty distraught as I put a pretty good deposit down. Paula was extremely empathetic and assured me that she would call back with a resolution. She did and let me know that they had refunded my entire deposit! Needless to say, I was very relieved and grateful. I highly recommend Lindemann Chimney!

I highly recommend Lindemann. I had my chimney stacks, chimney liner, and all new vents put in. Erich, who came out for the initial estimate, was very professional and knowledgeable. I had Lindemann out for a furnace check. The gentleman who was in my home was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He found our humidifier filter needed replacing and asked if we would like that completed. I agreed, he replaced it and the appointment ended with me being fully satisfied.

Our Bryant Evolution thermostat sent us a few error codes in January. I think they were caused by snow sliding off the roof onto the heat pump outdoor coil, blocking its fan, but I asked Lindemann to come check it out, and try to avoid a critical failure during bad future weather. We have an annual service contract with them, and I was glad that they scheduled a service visit on the same day. Brett checked the furnace and outside coil, and made sure that both the gas furnace or electric heat pump warmed the house, and he agreed that sliding snow might have been at fault. He said there would be no charge for the visit and to call again if I get any more error emails. I have more peace of mind now.

Steve, Brett and Chris installed my air conditioner and furnace a few weeks ago. Lindemann Chimney service is the only one to trust for chimney and gas insert work. Everyone has been superb, professional, courteous, and clean on the job site. They have taken care of me several times as needed for inspections, troubleshooting, and repair. Never a problem that wasn't handled fast and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use them for any future projects.
