How do I describe this amazing service! After searching for hours for an electrician! I finally was able to contact Bo from Blue Taurus Construction! He was so accommodating to such an urgent matter (I had partial power outage). As a new homeowner, I am not privy to all that happens behind the breaker, he was kind of enough to explain and more than responsable to fix.Every problem I encounter electricity wise, I will be going to him. He was on time and extremely professional!

I was at Home Depot in search of some assistance regarding electrical wiring of an old home. The associate wasn't much help and I was terrified of the risks associated with electrical currents and that's where I met Bo from Blue Taurus Construction. This place really lacks in professionalism and I’ve had a very frustrating experience with them. I needed my whirlpool tub looked at since it wouldn’t power on. I paid them for a visit prior to them showing up since I own the property but do not live there. Twice I confirmed with the operator that I had paid that fee. However, the technician still charged my tenant again. I kindly asked for a refund to my credit card as I wanted to immediately refund my tenant for the inconvenience. After several tries of trying to get a hold of a manager, I was greeted with no sympathy from the manager and instead he thought it was funny as you’ll see in the text conversation below. Feel free to call to confirm that is in fact the manager’s number. Learn how to own up to your mistakes and actually empathize with your customers.

I had some electrical problems, when the Technician Carl arrived I showed him where it all started. He had to troubleshoot but soon found the problem. I'm posting my review late to ensure the problem was corrected and yes it was. I would definitely recommend this company for electrical issues and I will use them again for other electrical issues. Called and spoke with Bo, he made an appointment with my tenant and then never showed up. Since then he does not return calls or texts. Wasted a lot of my time and my tenant's time. Don't waste yours. What a terrible business person.Service: General building construction

I was extremely pleased with this caring prompt service! After searching for hours for an electricn after being without full power for over a DAY WITH COMED not even being concerned ENOUGH TO EVEN COME INTO MY HOME to try to find the issue when THEY CREATED during a massive power outage. I was lucky enough to come across Bo from Blue Taurus Construction. Bo will be my Electrician go to man from here throughout he was on time and extremely professional informative precise and swift! The problem was taken care of with 5 minutes

Always late by several hours if they showed up at all then left early. Never more than 2-3 hours a day of work. Terrible quality work. Used rental equipment that I later found out was reported stolen. Damaged our floors then never came back to finish project after only about 30% done (on day 8 of an estimated 5 day project). Made home a complete mess and didn’t properly protect appliances, cabinets, etc which were damaged. Clearly didn’t know how to do the job properly. Then completely abandoned and never returned calls/texts. Had to hire a different contractor to fix the extensive damage and complete the project.Service: Flooring
